This girl's dying wish was to see the movie 'Up'. The minute she saw the previews for it, she said she had to see it, but she couldn't go to the theater because she was too weak. Full story here: http://www.ocregister.com/articles/pixar-up-movie-2468059-home-show Not a freaking referral link.

We are all dying; I think knowing it is imminent seems to focus our minds but not always on important issues...

I guess it all depends we find important lol. Maybe she wanted to touch some of us by showing how people care, or maybe she wanted to if people actually did care, instead of just wanting money all the time...

This is so nice. It goes to show there are nice people left in this world. I am so glad she got her last wish. This story truely did make me smile. Good story, very good story.

***sniff*** I cried, and probably would've even if I wasn't so near tears anyway. That's what I would expect from PIXAR, because its the kind of thing I see from Apple all the time.

That was a beautiful gesture for Pixar to go to all that trouble. It's so nice when humanity and caring is shown. Three thumbs up for Pixar and all involved.
