Actually i just found out i have four stepgrandchildren. I have been watching the youngest as he is the only one that lives with my stepson. I am only 39 so it is strange to be a grama at that age but hey they are fun to be around.

I have one sorta grandchild. I was the legal guardian to a little girl for a couple years, and a year ago, she had a baby... so I'm a sorta grandma to the baby. She's a doll.

Becoming a grandpa' has been one of the most rewarding things that has ever happened to me. It is so completely different from parenting, a whole 'nother role. I love being called grandpa' by each of my five grandsons. Grandma' and I are hoping someday for just one small grandaughter's arrival from our four grown children.

No, and not for at least another 12 years I hope! My mum was a grandmother at age 37 I think, might have been 38. I'll have to tell her about this question because she is so big-headed about all 3 of her grandchildren!

I have one sweet little grandson. He will turn a year old on the 27th. I have only been able to see him once, because we live about 2400 miles apart. I sure would love to be able to spend more time with him. I do get to talk to him on the phone though. He is already walking!!! Time flies by.

I only have one grandson, age 3. Boy, whoever knew this gramma stuff could be so great!! I watch him every day while his parents work, and I love every minute of it. Tomorrow he's going to help me make some cookies (he does those cookie cutters pretty good, lol! Who cares if they're not perfect?!)

Proud grandma of 5 here. My son has 3...ages 19 (girl), 8 and 7 (both boys)...age gap due to several miscarriages in between. My daughter has 2...ages 18 and 12 (both girls). I live in FL and my daughter is in NY and my son in GA. My son and his family lived near us until 3 years ago. I sure wish all of them lived closer to us.

My daughter is now planning to move from NY to GA to be near her brother and his family. *heart be still* That means my hubby and I will move a lot further north in FL when he finally retires so as to shorten the drive to GA. I'm so delighted to have them all in one place and only have to make one trip to see everyone. Thanks for the best response.

I think I am one of the luckiest people in the world because I have two healthy grandchildren who were born at 20 weeks gestation. After the first was born and weighed in at only 1lb 10ozs. I thought my daughter would never ba able to have another baby. Imagine my surprise, when five years later, she had an even smaller baby who weighed 1lb 6ozs. I love them to bits and every day I thank God for they joy of having these two little girls in my life.
