TV time

I used to spend a lot of time in front of TV watching movies. Now I sit in front of PC and spend even more time of my life. Is it worth? Are we running a way of our lives, responsibilities, family,people, friends or do we live cyber life or something like that?

I spend most of my day on the PC and often have the TV on with a film running as I prefer to keep my PC for work. But the thing is I don't see it as running a way as it is the way I choose to live my life. Plus to be honest in this day and age you have to adapt to cyber life or else you are left behind.

Somedays I tend to spend a lot of time in front of the computer. So does my husband. Ironically the time we do spend together is watching TV and movies at home.
So what did we do in the days without internet, DVD players, VCR's and 100's of channels? I remember I read more, got out of the house more, listened to music more.
