Does anyone know of a way to keep cats from peeing on your porch?

My neighbors cat always pees on my porch. Does anyone have any ideas to stop cats from doing this? It's very nasty & I would think that's spreading diseases around. What do you think?

Hiwvgal, getting a dog is great idea. but yes as per above responce cleaning it nicly will help and spray a strong perfume on the perticular area will help.
