I love Banana. Its good for health. Because of their impressive potassium content, bananas are highly recommended by doctors for patients whose potassium is low. One large banana, about 9 inches in length, packs 602 mg of potassium and only carries 140 calories. That same large banana even has 2 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber. No wonder the banana was considered an important food to boost the health of malnourished children! Those reducing sodium in their diets can't go wrong with a banana with its mere 2 mgs of sodium. For the carbohydrate counters there are 36 grams of carbs in a large banana.

yes. I like banana. Banana is good for health especially the digest system. This is true and have been proven long time a go. Beside this, banana can make me feel more energetic as it contain high glucose content and it really taste good. In my country Malaysia, banana is very cheap and can be the cheapest fruit in the market. So, I always bought banana and eat. I can enjoy the benifits of fruit at lowest price.

When I eat bananas, they either have to be in a smoothie with another fruit, or they have to be green for me to just eat them. I don't like them to have any spots on them. I know they are so good for you, and loaded in potassium, so I try to make sure I eat them regularly.
