I was a waitress for many many years. And I have had my share of good tips. I have had a few that were even a hundred dollars. But never in my wildest dreams would I ever think anyone would give me a tip like the one Johnny Depp left his waiter last night! He was at a Chicago Restaurant at wrap up party for the movie he just finished. There were about a dozen people there. They were there till about 2am and the tab came to about four thousand four hundred dollars. Well this waiter had been Johnny's waiter before and knew not to fall over the actor and just respect him. At the end of the night Johnny rewarded the waiter with a wonderful tip of four thousand dollars! if it had been me I would have asked for the next night off. Good job Johnny. You make us proud of you when you do things like that!

wow! That's the first time I heard about this news! $4,000?! I would have taken the whole month off if I were him! LOL! That's just really amazing, I think Johnny Depp is really not the typical movie star, he is a really good actor and just really down to earth. I have seen his interview with David Letterman, and he just doesn't care about the lights and the fame. He is just really working. I love him! =)
