I agree with you. If you're not aware about it, it is known as 'Intrapreneurship'. This is a practice where people in an organization are encouraged to come out with new innovative ideas and are also financed from the organizations' kitty to make it a success. It is sad to know, though, that there are very limited organizations practicing the same today.
