Well, chocolate!! where can I start to talk about this great give from God. It a therapy four the mind. It is a therapy for the body. It makes us feel the love sometimes and it makes us feel the happiness another time. To me, am not addicted to it but I like it actually.
I don't eat it everyday. I eat in the morning with a cup of coffee. How wonderful feeling is that. Some people don't just like to eat it but also to drink it. Some people like to make different recipes of chocolate drinking. Addicted people to chocolate are eating it and drinking it with all love. They can't stand it. They eat bars of different kinds of chocolate.
They eat cakes made of chocolate. I know one of my friends, she said that she eat a bar of chocolate each night on the bad before sleeping and she can't sleep without doing this happit. Some people are hanging a posters of chocolate on the wall. They express their love of chocolate in this way.
Some people are gifing chocolate to each other. I think it is good thing to present it when you have guest. Buisnessmen are giving it to their visitors in their companies. It is a great thing to gather your friend and have a wonderful time. It is nice to have some a piknic. Chocolate makes us feel all the wonderful feeling.

Phenylephylamine - a hormone that is in the brain - is the culprit as to why eating chocolates make you happy! And you know what? It's also the same hormone that is triggered when you fall in love! ^_^
Add to that, chocolate may also help lower your cholesterol level and reduce the risk of heart disease according to recent studies! ^_^
Amazing isn't it? =)
But please keep eating in moderation. We wouldn't wanna find ourselves gaining some pounds, would we? Hehehe, just kidding... ^_^
