How often do you eat fruits?

Do you eat fruit everday, twice a day, less or more? I try to eat fruit at least once a day because I love it and to gain the vitamin C from it. How often do you eat fruit and what kind of fruits do you enjoy the most.

Not as often as I should be eating fruit. I need more in my diet.

I would always encourage more fruit. They are good for digestion and filled with vitamins and not to mention they just taste good LOL.Hope you decide to try more.

I try to eat fruit as much as possible. some weeks are more then others... i eat it weekly anyway lol couple of times a week. i like apples and bananas, pineapple. thats my favorite. fruit is good when i'm super hungry lol i like eating it in mid day the most

I eat them mostly during breakfast and lunch. It's hard for me to eat them at dinner. it just does not feel right especially if I go to sleep right after.

I do not eat fruit or veg every day as it is not the kind of thing i like to eat.I may tend to eat one bit of fruit about once a month if that much.I always make sure my children eat alot of fruit at least one bit of fruit a day.Happy Mylotting.

I don't eat too many fruits (I'm picky) though I wish I do. I've tried to change - and I eat more fruits now than before. The ones that I enjoy most are pineapple, apples, and mangoes. The ones that I don't mind eating (and eat more often these days) are cherries (they are great snacks), bananas (definitely help with my running and potassium), watermelon, and cantaloupe. Five a day is what's recommended - both fruits and veggies. I rarely meet it though. I probably have combined fruits and veggies three times a day. Not good enough - oh well.

It's nice to sample different fruits. I live on an island so we have a lot of them there besides the ones that we import. Sometimes I try to make a fruit dish and add it to my breakfast and lunch. It has just become a daily habit for me. Hope you increase your intake. Thanks for the post and take care.

everyday. i almost cant live on without fruits,i love apples,peaches, watermelons and cherries most.i need all kinds of vitamin from fruits and i think its more helpful to eat more than two kinds of fruits per day.

Oh yes.. it is a great source of vitamin C and not to mention it just taste so good. Very good for digestion as well.

I myself do not regularly eat fruits,may be because myself a bit picky eater, but i made it mandatory for my kids to eat fruits everyday once atleast , or more as par their wish. They do like fruits alot,any n all, so they don't mind how many times i give it to them. I really believe that i too need to eat it daily, but ,its just, i can't...hehe

I have a banana everyday and half an apple 5 days a week. I also sometimes have some seasonal fruit if it is not to expensive like nectarines or pears. I am thinking about getting some kiwi tomorrow but I prefer the golden variety because it is less hairy and tastes better in my opinio, so if they only have the green, I may not get any.

everyday,in summer I eat watermelon,peach,cucumber everyday.it makes me healthy.
