Which are the essential nutrients which must be a part of our daily diet?

Nutrient wise any time you diet you will be cutting some foods out of your diet so it is a good idea to take a multivitamin everyday just to make sure you get everything your body needs. But other than that, fruits, veggies, and milk are your good basics to get essential nutrients and still be healthy. Then you will want your proteins from meats like chicken. unless your goin vegetarian, in which case you'll want to eat lots of nuts to make up for it. You'll want to eat 5 or 6 smaller meals throughout the day, except for breakfast, which as was already said, you want to eat a big meal to get your body goin, primarily consisting of carbs and proteins.

I think the best diet i can recommend is the inverted pyramid diet. HEAVY BREAKFAST : make sure to eat breakfast because this is the most impt meal of the day. MODERTAE LUNCH : well, it should be lesser then breakfast, not too much. and LIGHT DINNER : because you will be retiring to bed at night therefore theres not much activity anymore. drink lots of water, that way you wont indulge too much food and you will fell full. And sleep early, the chances of eatin when sleeping late night is possible since by 10pm, you will feel hungry again so youll end up eating again. and discipline is the most impt thing when you start your diet.
