Of course.. I think anyone if given the chance, would take it. Specially if it's an all expense paid trip. LOL! I agree with you that we can learn more by going to different places and meeting new people. Cause really, not all things can be learned in the books. I think the knowledge you gain from other people, their culture, their places is more important than the knowledge you get from books.

And i agree with you. You've mentioned three thing. If given a chance, all expense paid, learning life lively. i couldn't agree more, especially point number 2.

If I have enough money to do that, definitely, why not. I love traveling and learning new things. It might be an exciting and thrilling adventure. Besides, every race and country has its own culture, belief and food. I would love to try and learn them.

I have three children and a low income right now but I would love to travel around the world if I could have the time and money to do so. I have a dream of biking across canada and tent where ever I get to and see all of canada. Of course the kids make fun of me saying I will never do it but I will still be quite young when they are old enough to move and I think I could do it and it would be pretty cheap too if I tent.

I would love to travel round the world! I've been to France, Spain, Italy, New York, Switzerland, Germany.. but I would love to visit Australia! That's the next place on my list to visit. But, unfortunately, there's not much point going unless you're going to be there for a pretty long amount of time. So I'm going to have to wait until I can save an awful lot of money, and also get about a month off life to be able to go! I would like to be able to rent a house while I'm out there, then I can live properly! I don't know who to take with me yet, but I'm considering a couple of my best friends. If we all go together, we're bound to have an amazing time!

If given the oppotunity i would't think twice about it.If we travelled to diffrent places just as you mentioned it will broaden our knowledge. We will know more about the world itself and possibly get to know ourselves better. I think travelling its an amazing thing.I hope to visit spain and mexico one day and i hope this will broaden my knowlegde about the spanish language. That's why some people say if your studying a praticular languages its best to go to that country will make your learning more fullfilling.

Travel is a good way to expand our exposure, and in turn to gain more knowledge and become more intelligent to deal with problems and keep in good physical and mental mood. I planned to travel to Europe, taking the forex advantages, but the flu hinders a lot of people like me from going abroad. Hope the N1H1 is to be controlled soon, and by the way less bad news about flight accidents.

When I was 20 years old I got a working holiday visa for Australia, let out my cottage and then bought my airline ticket around the world. I spent just over one year on my fantastic trip around the world. It was one of the best times I have have had in my life so far. I went to the USA, Fiji, Australia, Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia. I did a trip to New Zealand when I was 29 years old. On the way there and back I visited some lovely islands. French Polynesia, the Cook Islands and Samoa were amazing places. I learned about culture in Kenya on a trip when I was 25 years old. In New Zealand I found out about tidal rivers and crossing them safely. I have experiences so many different types of weather. I loved seeing a variety of different architecture.

Hi there shimanaja! I do love traveling a lot! There are in fact so many things we can learn from traveling. It can be very expensive though. But the experiences we get -- priceless. If I had the resources, I would definitely like to travel around the world!

Sure it will be fantastic to travel around the globe. I like traveling by plane and some transportation i haven't experience to try, so i really like to do that. If I am given a choice to travel, why not, it would be a good way to meet other people, see their culture and the beauty of such country. People like to explore a lot of things. And to go to such wonderful place and experience the beauty of it, well that is really enjoying. I haven't traveled far to European countries and the other continent except Asia and Middle East. I also like to travel to America, Australia , the African wild and more. Happy Mylotting.

I would love to travel the world - unfortunately it's so expensive, so I'm trying to do it a little bit at a time! So far I have been to Hawaii, Indonesia, Thailand and China. My next trip is to Bali, then in two years, we're flying to Las Vegas for a wedding, so hope to do a little bit of travelling while over there. After that, we plan on doing Egypt, then Central and South America, and then eventually Europe.

Yeah It's one of my dreams traveling around the world. I'd like to see beautiful places. I've been to different places but only places in my country. I have some plans like going to UK to visit my sister. But before that, I would visit my fellow Asian countries like Brunei, Thailand, Malaysia, Japan. Knowing their cultures, food are really exciting!

12 years ago I had the opportunity to travel overseas so I bought an around the world ticket which allowed me to choose 6 destinations. I live in Australia and went to work in the USA for 4 months. After I finished working, I travelled across the USA, then wnet over to the UK via France. After that, I flew to China and Hong Kong before coming back to Australia. It was a life changing experience and one that I recommend everyone to do at least once in their lives. You can read more on that trip of mine here: http://www.squidoo.com/travelandadventure
