flats are my footwear preferences. when I'm into high heels, i would end up to someone massaging my legs and feet. i can't stand using them because aside from the fact that im not used to it i think that i have duck feet too.so I'd rather prefer the flat shoes to avoid such painful sufferings. are you fond of using flat shoes?

I prefer slippers compared to flats and heels. HAHA. Sometimes flats really hurt the back part of my foot. So I have to put band aids so it would hurt. This is why I prefer using slippers and fit flop :)

i have some pairs of them too but since my work requires me to wear formal shoes, i preferred using the flat closed shoes. There’s no denying that shoes with high heels look fabulous. They’re elegant, sexy, stylish, and finish a smart outfit off beautifully. However, looks aren’t everything! I’ve long been a devotee of flats for several personal reasons which i already stated in my first post here.

Hi. flagella08. Yes, I am very fond of using flat shoes. I have a pair that I tend to wear right now and they are so very comfortable! I need flat shoes, they make my feet feel so much more better, especially when I have been walking on my feet all day long.

that's the first thing that im after with flat shoes. Flats may not be sexy (although there are some pretty gorgeous pairs), but by many reasons they’re practical! You can do anything while wearing them. I’ve always preferred being comfortable, and can’t stand shoes that don’t fit well or are difficult to walk in. My shoe wardrobe consists largely of trainers, flat boots, and shoes with little or no heel, and heels are kept for special occasions.

hi flagella!^^
i'm fond of wearing flat shoes too. but i'm also fond of wearing high heels. its good to be that way because i can wear shoes of any kind at any given situations. ^^ sometimes my feet would hurt too from wearing high heels but that doesn't stop me from wearing those kinds of shoes.^^

Hi there flagella08!
I like wearing flats. There are times when I have to wear shoes with high heels so I make sure that I have extra pair of flat shoes in my car. I also have an extra pair of flat shoes in the office just in case. Unless otherwise necessary, I'd rather be in my flat shoes than high-heeled shoes.

yeah right.i have extra flat shoes at the office too in case the one im wearing will be worn out. im so comfortable with wearing flat shoes and they are made for ease and function and come in a wide variety of styles to fit even the smartest of occasions. People wearing them could also have less chance of tripping or stumbling and the risk of degenerative joint diseases. thanks for dropping by.

I like wearing flats because high heels make my feet hurt. If the high heel has a pointy tip to it is makes my feet hurt worse. But I like wearing the square high heels they don't hurt my feet and toes as bad as the pointy ones do. I bought a pair of major high heels one day they were over $200.00 and I returned them and got other shoes because they killed my toes and feet to wear i could barely walk.

i never tried high heels with pointed tips because i know that my toes are bigger so pointed shoes are not really for me. that would just add up stress on my feet. That high heels can be hazardous to health is no longer merely a notion but a fact. There have been numerous studies and much research investigating and compounding the disadvantages and health risks associated with wearing high heels.
anyway, wearing flat or high heeled shoes is always a matter of someone's choice especially for women.

everyday. I hate heels. I went to a wedding a couple of weeks ago and I showed up in heels but when it was time to dance I had flip flops. I noticed the bride and bridesmaids did the same.

that's what i do when i attend to some occasions. it's really a nuisance while dancing in heels. it would be embarrassing if you will be flip down because of the heels. people can't forget that. you will be the highlight in that occasion and a bad one to remember.

Flat shoes are a must in my book. On flipflops i like the sole to be a little thicker. I think some of these girls wearing heels are risking their health. They can so easy twist a leg or ankle. Or break it. Or some other part of her body.

yes right. i know many friends complaining about sore feet already and yet they still can't live without heels. they always found them to be attractive or fashionable. but in my case, i can't risk my health and i have bad experiences with my high heels. Let us not forget the simpler risks such as the stumble factor and the inability to run.

Hi flagella! I wore high heels for many years of my life and
I am paying for it now! When I was younger I forced myself
to wear them because they made you look better! I always was
miserable when I wore them, especially when I wore them to
work and had to walk around in the all day long! I am so sorry
that I allowed fashion to rule my life way back then! I
would tell all young women to stop wearing high heels now
before it is too late! Wear flat shoes! Wear what is comfortable!
Don't be a slave to fashion because you WILL pay for it later
in life! I should know....

i noticed that most boys are fond of sandals instead of shoes. it's more likely for the convenience and not for the good looks perhaps.correct me if im wrong. i often see boys in sandals here in our time.only executives and office workers wear shoes.

I only wear flat when I need to go shopping. By that time I require more balance and I need to move faster. I don't really like flat, I feel so short. Besides, I am use to high heels that I don't think I'll enjoy flat again. About the painful sufferings, you might need to find high heels that isn't too high? My limit is 2.5", more than that can cause suffering to me too.

Many years ago, I used high heels or medium high. But after my back surgery, the doctor said I couldn´t use much more than two finger´s heels. I have a pair of shoes for weddings and such that have higher heels but I try to keep seated there

These days, I wear a lot flat shoes, my flat sandals. They look stylish and feel comfortable. If I need to walk a lot or do some hard labour, I definately wear flat shoes. So my high-heeled shoes are laid off much of the time this year. I find that as I grow older, I tend to wear more practicle and comfortable outfit.

right now, i really prefer flat shoes over the high-heeled ones. they are very comfortable and you don't have to worry about aching feet and tired leg muscles even if you have to walk or stand for a long period of time. Flats are now "in" (thank God) and they come in different styles and colors that will suit every outfit. love them!

As the moment i prefer falt shoes, after my pregnancy im a fond of flat shoes than wearing high heels that i always used to when i was in college. Why flats? coz they were safe and comfortable for me. If you were carrying your baby or pushing a pram it really more convenient that heels, and for a long walk it feels comfy.
Heels is only for specially ocassion for me.
Cheers.

I would much rather wear heels, however due to a bad ankle injury last November I am unable to wear heels. As a result I have been in flats since then and will continue to wear them till I have the necessary surgery on it.

I'm a heels person because I'm vertically challenged.
But I'm Asian so I guess it is pretty normal for Asian women to be not-so-tall. The only flat footwear that I own are my flip-flops, which I pretty much wear everyday... that's if I don't have work or I'm not going out.
