Hello chelsit , well it has been 4 total times I have been in love.I have to add that my first is the one I will never forget. I even know approximately when I first realized I loved him. Others just happened. For me the first will be forever. I am in love with my b/f even though I have no idea when it happened to me.

Love is all in one's perspective I think. Sometimes we "feel" that we have fallen in love with someone that we have only known for a week or so or we feel that we have fallen out of love with someone we have known for a while. As humans, our feelings and perpectives constantly change so when we come in contact with people, we may fall in love with them at that point in time. I suppose with this, you can say that someone can fall in love as many times as they please because they are the ones harboring these feelings. From an outside perspective, sometimes people have misconceptions of what love is and it has been devalued. Then again, who are we to say that a specific person isn't in love since we can't possibly know how they truly feel. As for me, I have only been in love twice. Sometimes I question if I truly loved my old boyfriend as I look on our relationship retrospectively. I think I was young, but I accept it for what it was because it has taught me many lessons.

I really think a person can fall into love as many times as they please, due to the fact that a person can fall into different types of love. I myself have fallen into love many times, I would probably say around 4-5 times. Each time I fall in love with that person for a different reason than the last, some of the experiences were the same however there was always something else, something different that each relationship brought to the table.
