Hello there, just wondering what do you guys think about taking a bath or shower together with your spouse? I mean really bath and shower....and nothing else....=)) I sometimes do take a shower or bath with my spouse, maybe once or twice in a month. The feeling of scrubbing each other's back is so-oo-oo wonderful and we had lots of fun splashing water at each other and washing each other's hair. Would love to hear what you guys think. Cheers o

Yes I personally love taking a shower with my girlfriend and I find it very sensual and I love the feeling of our skin touching together in the shower. It feels good and I think that we should all enjoy it. I would like to take a bath with my partner as well but our bath tub is too small. Maybe one day it will happen though.

We personally like it although with the size of our shower it is hard along with having a 2 year old in the house it doesnt happen often. I love the feel of him washing my hair and my back. I think I like it more then him! LOL! I love my scalp being messaged as it is and my back rubbed it is heaven!
He is hoping to get a hmm what do you call the tubs that spew bubbles? LOL! Whatever that is that is what he wants to get when he builds on our master bathroom.

I can understand what you are saying cos my shower area is not that big either. Also, my daughters will come and look for me if I am in the shower for more than 15 mins. That is why i bath with my hubby only once or twice a month during weekend or holiday when our daughters are statying with my parents. That is why I always encourage young couple without kids to fully enjoy and treasure their time together. The tub that spew bubbles is called a jacuzzi which I attached in my photo. It is also our dream to get this.

O, I definitly can understand how you feel. It will be good to be able to spend some time with your husband without worrying that your kids will crash into the room anytime. I am lucky that my parents are very willing to have my daughters to stay overnight with them some day. Cheers =))

Yes you are very lucky! Mine will take an older one now, one at a time sometimes but we still have our 2 year old then. Not that we want to get rid of them all the time but once in awhile would be nice while we get to stay at home instead of being on a trip. *sigh*
Enjoy your time alone!

My husband and I usually sit on a bath under a running warm shower just rubbing each other's backs and feeling the quiet moment together with only the sound of water falling on our heads. It makes us feel so relaxed and feel as if all our worries are being washed away... Afterwards, we towel each other and snuggle up in a cozy embrace just chilling out.

Thank you... it has been that way for the last 6 years! The funny thing about it is that we don't talk about it, it just occurred naturally... I am sure this relationship will last because it is based on something deep and meaningful... I hope you guys have the same. =)

Hihi =)
From your response, you clearly enjoy bathing with your husband. You can also feel that the bonding between you and your husband will grow stronger. For my case, it is always full of laughters and giggles when we bath together. We sometimes even blow soap bubbles at each other and make punky hair styles with our wet shampooed hair. Cheers o

I believe singles could answer this discussion as well..
If you ask me for an opinion on this, I'd say it's a good way to keep the existing relationship of a husband and wife closer than it already is.
It's a great way to bond together in terms of chemistry and making the couple more closer, I would think. It would be great to try this out in future when my time comes.

Hello there, it always saddened me when a relationship between a husband and wife is not harmonious or turns sour. This is because I always believe that in the beginning it is already very difficult to find each other and then to get married. I wish that you and your husband will be happy again. Have a great weekend ahead =))

I bathe alone. I wouldn't want to share a shower because it woouldn't just be a shower.I don't like baths, I prefer to get in and get out quickly.

Hello there, thanks for your response. Different people got different views about taking a shower. Some people take it as a treat and will spend quite some time taking their shower. Others like you take it as a necessity and just get it over done with. Cheers =))

I love to do this with my bf, so does him. Ususally we play with water, or I rub his feet to make a prank with him, what i enjoy the most is that when we finish the shower or bath, my bf always dries me up and then puts the cream on me.

I didn't mind it when we lived in our apartment the shower was big enough for two. But now that we have a house with a smaller bath area and we have 3 kids it can be hard to even attempt to do such things anymore. Hopefully when they are bigger and more independant we will be able to sneak in some of those lil things we did before we were parents.

I guess that would depend on if i were actually cleaning myself or playing. If i were cleaning myself i would think they are in my way. I would perfer doing that alone. Playing would be a whole different story.

Yes yes, I get you point =) Many people see their shower time as a private time to finally be alone and they treasure their shower time alone, making themsleves clean and smell nice and maybe do some thinking. That is why I see bathing together with my spouse a chance to rebond and spice things up in our relationship. Cheers =)

Hi thhoon! I wouldn't mind taking a shower or bath with my
boyfriend, but he likes to take his shower and bath alone!
In fact, he takes a bubble bath and and won't even let me
in the bathroom! He likes to soak in the tub and listen to
his cds! He says it's "his" time to relax and be alone! How
do you like that one! I have offered to scrub his back and
he still won't let me in!

Hello there, looks like your bf really enjoys his bath time alone. Maybe, you can sneak in to give him a surprise cos I am quite sure he will enjoy your company. There is many other things that you can do or explore with him when taking a bath together... kekeke... =))

I would love to take a shower with my spouse. He doesnt feel comfortable doing that I guess. Or maybe he is worried about what the kids would think?

Hmm....from the many responses I received, kids seem to be the reason why many couples don't bath or shower together. It would be good if you can have sometime alone with your spouse every month to rebond with your spouse. Without worrying about the kids, maybe your spouse would feel at ease to try out bathing together with you.

Me and my BF take showers together all the time. He can't wash he's back himself so that's just practical way to enjoy it. We do it couple of times in a week and both of us really like it too.
