I have had children. Experienced labor and delivery. Nothing compares to the stomach pain I have had twice this last year. I was at work and we ordered subs from a place I had recommended. I took a bite and it didn't smell right to me. I checked it and it was fine. So I thought. Anyways all of a sudden I started to feel nauseous. Iwent out for some air and I felt as if I was going to be sick. I ran to the bathroom, began vomitting and I woke up about 2 minutes later with awful pain, sweating profusely. I took a taxi home and It was awful. I thought it may have been food poisoning. It happened again with something else a few months ago. No one seems to know what or why it is happening. It was awful! I have never felt that much pain or misery in my life. I wouldnt wish it on my worst enemy. How about you?

Ectopic pregnancies can be dangerous as well as painful. It is as you said a horrible situation. I hear people say at least you didnt have to deliver a baby and other crap. THey are wrong a pregnancy is a pregnancy. It hurts no matter what if the out come doesnt give us a thriving baby. Bless you my friend. You are not alone. I have lost 3 children 3 boys and a girl. Only I did have to deliver them. One was still born and the other two lived for a few moments after birth. I know how it is and its more than horrible. Its heartbreaking and unforgettable. dl

the wordt pain i ever had was when i had a kidney stone. the next was labor during childbirth and all my life i had severe cramps every month during that time of the month. the pain was so bad i could not work or go to school but had to lay in bed with a heating pad and some kind of pain reliever which rarely even touched the pain. it was excruciating and i do not miss it now that i am in menopause. goodbye and good riddance to that nuisance every month. but the kidney stones were the worse. the pain lasted 8 hours and nothing helped it. i just had to pass the stone to get relief.

I have heard the same thing from a few different people. My friend Evie was experiencing some abdominal pain. SHe went to the emergency room and it turned out to be kidney stones. I felt so bad for her. I have issues with my monthly. I bleed so heavy that I use tampax and pads at the same time. I use 4 pads at least. Thanks god I dont have pain with it. I hate that time of the month with a passion. I wish our creator could've had a better since of humor and switched it up a bit. Men would be better at it. I am sure!!!lol dl

As far as I remember when I was 9 or 10 years old there was something happen to my ear. it starts to bleed for no reason. We went to hospital to check it and the doctor cured it. It was very irritating because I will not notice my ear will be bleeding at school, I can only see it when my uniform was full of blood. When it was operated I was hurt because the doctor pulled out some flesh on my ear. My another worst pain when I was in college , because of hectic schedule and school activities I began experiencing severe mindgrain. THat was the worst because for everyday I experience that . Very uncomfortable and I started to became thin.

dloveli that sounded like me a f ew years back and I finallyu went to my doctor. he sent me for an mri and guess what my stomach pain was gall stones.two big fat ones.I had the bandaid surgery went homethe same day and was back to work in a week.the worst paIn however I ever had,and hope to gosh never tohave again, was when I broke out intiny blisters over all of one side of my stomach.shingle I had never thought of them before.lasted all summer. took antiviral pills until the last blister was gone.pain oh such pain, like tiny electric shocks going off all the time. its a virus in the nerves and thats why no topical lotion did a bit of good,I took ibuprofin allsummer and it was finally gone.I hope it never happens again.some p eople have had it happen more than once. its from having had chickenpox as a child and the virus remaining hidden in my body for years.

Sounds like you got a really bad case of a stomach virus. Everything you described is what I had a few years ago. I thought I was going to die, it was so bad. I thought it was food poisoning as well, since I had all the signs that I thought of. My husband being an expert in that, was like it's not that because you don't have a fever. It was like 24 hours of basically living in the bathroom, I couldn't keep anything down. I was craving cold water, it was horrible knowing after a few minutes of drinking it, I wasn't going to be able to keep it down.
Also another pain that in my opinion is worse than child birth, is having gas build up. I get it all the time after having my 2nd child. I just want to lay down and die because the pain is just unbearable. Every time I get it, it's in a different spot. Like you, I don't wish this on my worst enemy.

One of the worst pains I have ever experienced was when I had my varicose veins stripped. As a kid I used to do a lot cycle racing and damaged the veins in my legs so that they became varicose. There was a chance of them ulcerating so the doctor had me in hospital days after examining them.
I was told that the operation would be nothing at all, but when I woke up, the pain was horrendous. I had metal clips in my groin each side at the top of my legs. Then I had to get out of bed and walk with the help of two nurses. All I could feel was this pain, and my legs didn't seem to work properly. Within about 48 hours, I could walk properly again, but the pain was still intense until they took out the metal clips.
I have talked to others since and they had that same pain, but it seems that some people feel hardly any pain at all. That was around 30 years ago, but I think things are different now with that operation. - Derek

I had my gallbladder out and before that I was vomitting without trying and it was awful pain. I also have experienced child birth and delivery and that wasn't as bad as having severe pain in the gallbladder.
The pain was so bad once I couldn't stand up straight. So it sounds like to me if you are having an awful pain and vomitting. I think you should go to the E.R and have your gallbladder checked.

Hi dloveli!!! The worst pain ive experienced was from a surgery i had about 3yrs ago.I had surgery for my acid reflex. What they did was remove all my extra scar tissue from a previous surgery i had when i was an infant. They said scar tissue can cause acid an which causes very bad heart burn.i had this surgery an i couldnt walk never mind sit up. The pain was unbearable. Ive had a lot of accidents in my life time and they wear bearable. I cant explain the pain was in. i am glad to say that i do feel much better an happy to say that it was well worth it!

Could it be a severe allergic reaction ,it sounds to quick to be food poisoning normally that developes when the food is digested and lives in the gut.Just be careful what you eat and where you eat it,what a pain that is.Take care of yourself eat natural foods without all the salad dressing or mayo.

Have you ever been checked for stomach ulcers? You might not have had food poisoning from the food (sub) that you ate but there might have been an ingredient in there that just doesn't agree with you. Maybe it was too spicy or hot. Pepper, onion, tomato are all foods that will bother a stomach ulcer. Also you might need to have your gall bladder checked or you might even have what is called a fatty liver. These problems all occur from eating certain types of foods (too much fat). You can still be thin and have a fatty liver. Tell your doctor about these symptoms because they can lead to serious problems if left unattended.

The worst pain I have ever felt is menstrual cramps. Now, I'm sure you're thinking, "Cramps are no big deal", but these weren't just regular, irritating cramps. I used to get them REALLY bad. So bad, that I couldn't do ANYTHING. I'd just roll around and squirm on my bed feeling like I was going to die or something. I'd even get chills (even if it was HOT) and/or vomit. That's how I knew they were really bad and something had to be done. A few friends suggested birth control, so I took their advice and went on it and I haven't had a problem with cramps since. Whew! Am I glad! I call them my miracle pills. LOL Just wish I could find one that actually worked and made my cycles more "regular". *sigh*

I have trigeminal neuralgia. It was like having an electric wire stuck on your face, whenever it felt like it, washing my face, brushing my teeth, going near air conditioning or a cool breeze. I had a doctor tiptoe through my brain to 'fix' it. I lost the hearing in one ear as a result of the surgery.
On an average day, it feels like I have a bad sunburn on the left side of my face. Other days the pain makes labor look feel like a walk in a garden.

I have had 6 pregnancies and 7 children and the pain I feel from my back is nothing compared to given birth naturally or having a C-section. It is so irritating and painful. I have it constantly just sometimes are worse then others.
It is acting up right now (weeded the garden yesterday) and even to be sleeping and then go to move you are woken up with horrible pain. It just sucks totally, worse then abscessed teeth which I have always had too.
I would never wish my back on anyone not even someone I disliked alot!

My worst was a couple years ago I got a stomach flue that was the most intense I've ever had or heard of, I spent the nite vomiting even when I had nothing left, thought i was dying then the next 2 days I couldn't get up, I hope never to have that again.
I will say though god bless you women for being able to go thru labor, I give you all props for that.

I think the worst or best pain i had(choose the word you want in this case ^^)
well i think it was a tooth pain (i D'ont know the word exact,as im french and learning english now)well when you have a decay and then you got your tooth repaired. But when the dentist do not repair correctly your tooth it may some years later cause very awful pain that can last a few days, which happened to me,it was very painful.I was unable to sleep until i went to the dentist(up to 2 days). i think thats was one of my best/worst pain.
