Who pays for the popcorn???

Hi friend, I always go to theaters to watch movie with my friend.
A think that always happen to me is that I have to always pay for the popcorn. Is it the same in your case. Do you always pay for the popcorn??

I always buy my own popcorn when i go to the movies. I always think about being fair and paying for my share of everything. If i do share popcorn with a person i'm going to the movie theater with we tend to split the price.
I tend to know what is fair and don't like when other people push me around. I try to compromise in a nice manner instead of being pushy.

That is great that you pay for your own, or you share the money if you have to share the popcorn. That is the best thing that we can do, but my friends always push me to pay for the popcorn.

I think that's completely unfair! I think that next time that happens you should tell them that they are being rude and that it's not fair. Or you could say that you payed for it last time so they should pay for it this time. Or another option is (a bit nice but more passive), is that you could you can't afford it right now and either no one will have popcorn of that you can split the price. I hope that helps you!

Usually I go to the movies with my husband. Since it's a date, it's customary in this country for him to pay... though it comes out of the same account. When I go with a friend we each pay for our own. That way we don't have to keep track of whose turn it is.

i dont really like popcorns so i try to avoid it as much as i can when im watching a movie in theatre. but .. then soemtimes when i have to buy it .. then it depends . if im with my girlfriends then i'll pay ..and if im with my friends .. then we split it among ourself :)

I only pay for the popcorn if I'm with my girlfriend. I never pay for friends because movies are already about 10 dollars for the ticket it is easier to go to walmart or target and get a jumbo bag of candy for much less than the popcorn and bring it in your jacket pocket or something.
