My mom always advise me, I should get more sleep during the night time, so I can get better concentration at work. In contrast, I do it in the opposite. I always go to bed late, and I have to get up really early in the morning. I usually go to bed around 10:00 P.M. after to 11:00 p.m.; and I have to get up around 5:00 A.M. because I have to be at work around 6:30 A.M. So, sometimes, I got less sleep at night time, because it was a bad habit of mine. I like to get online, or watch movies too. Somehow, I have to get a couple of cups of coffee to keep me awake at work, but I am still doing it. It just a bad habit of mine.
Do you go to bed late, and you have to get up really early in the morning too?

I am a total night owl Even if I try to go to bed early, I don't fall asleep. I wish I could. I usuall go to bed midnight or later and have to be at work at 8. Like I said I really d try to sleep before then, and I can't

I usually go to bed really late even when I have to get up early in the morning. When I wake up I am really tired and I promise myself that I won't go to bed that late next time, because I am not good at keeping that promise I don't get tired in the evening, and even if I go to bed early I can't fall asleep. I love working at the night and when I am writing on a story I seem to work best in the evening or late at night. In a few days I am going on a trip, and the train leaves early in the morning, hope I can convince myself to go to bed early that night

Its true that "early to bed and early to rise" is a good practice. But the difficult part is following it. Many a times there are so many things to get done by the end of the day and we end up sleeping late, sometimes its thoughts that keep us awake for a long time. So the best thing to do is plan your things properly and read a little before you sleep, as planning will make your life systemmatic and reading will help relax your mind and deviate you from unnecessary thoughts thereby giving you enough rest and a sound sleep.

yout mothers' words are so correct that you should listen after your mothers' words,do not put so hard your concentration on your work, your health is very important for the further development, the night time, you should not eat some things or drink some coffees, that is dangerous to your digestion systems, and you should give up your bad habit,i have habit of such your habit, but i usually get up at the six o'clock, whatever case i meet with, i can go to sleep at the noon, usually the time is one hour, it is the recharge my energy to go on work in the afternoon, and all night are so exciting for the work, i have a sugestion for you, you should get to habit of getting to the certain time, your intention to go to sleep. the people should train the habit that is the same of the rhythem of all of a nature of our own, that way, you should get a health body.

Since I started high school, I have been sleeping at around 2am in the morning and getting up at 7am in the morning. I stay up reading my books or rereading them. I know it's not good for me but I can't help it.

yes! this happens to me every single day... every night I'm having a hard time on going to bed. so what I do usually is to read something 'til I doze off, that is around 11pm to 1am. Then I have to wake up the next morning around 5:30 to avoid the traffic rush... I don't like to try sleeping pills or something, because I think its really bad for the health... but my insomnia is bothering me... really!

I go to bed around 11pm and get up when the kids get up, which is around 7am. I'd really love to sleep longer, but it's not an option most days.
