Okay... just imagine that im your genie... Im coming to you and i will give you one opportunity to have a dream home... What kind of house you want? Is that Mediteranian house, Victorian style, apartment with amazing huge window that you can see the whole city... or... waterfront house? beach house? palace? villa-like house? or maybe you just want to stay in the hotel president room? Tell me... let me build it for you! (Im genie in mylot~ not in the real world...JOKE!!!) Let me imagine, how is your house... For me,i want to have a nice house near the beach... WIth a small port where i can park my yacht, sailing boat, and motor boat. I love the house near the beach, because i can always listen to the ocean wave... I love to see the blue water... like aquamarine crystal shining in the morning... I love the sunrise and sunset... they are wonderful... and bring the good feeling everytime i will see them.. The house is two floors, first floor with the amazing terrace and also outdoor swimming pool. The kitchen is simple, nice and with soft color wood, but its amazing for family gathering... where the living room is able to accomodate the whole family during family gathering, and kids are freely to move from kitchen, to living room. There must be a beautiful grand piano near the stairs and my huge paper art will be put on the wall... My bedroom is amazing like Jihoo's room in boys over flowers because the color is soft... and i do have my own special room for dress, shoes, jewels, and accessories. I do have my own studio for music and arts (where i can freely do my hobbies). Near from my house, there's farm for banana, mango, and chili. Banana because i like to eat banana (sorry im not monkey! hahaha~) Mango because its price is quite good lately... Chili because i was born in the tribe that eat a lot chili.. so i dont need to go to the market since i can have it from the farm... and its quite expensive nowadays... so i can gain money... hehehe Let me read what yours!

A reasonable sized beach house in a tropic island, walking outside to see sunshine almost all of the time, no swimming pool, just a lovely see, a games room basement, 2 bedroomed house, Or living on a ship crusing the world seems very attractive to me.

what a beautiful and a very cosy home or house you really want to have! yes, we all dream good and sometimes even if we don't want to some bad one occurs in our mind once in a while.. but since you are asking what is my dream home it is a very good dream indeed to have a house or a home you can call your own. when i was younger i always draw a nipa hut in the midst of a rice field with a vegetable garden on the side, a rose garden in front and a small pool at the back not a man made pool but a brook or a river where i can swim any time or wash clothes and or simply sit on a big rock imagining what is life ahead... and during the night i can stare at the stars or if there is a full moon can make myself engulf with its mystic wonder... a little bit farther on the background a twin hills. i also like it along the road with a country side surroundings or neighborhood. simple but full a loving husband with two healthy kids boy and a girl...with no sickness, no financial dilemma, no violence, no anxieties ... living fully the complete (food clothes and shelter)yet simple but contented and joyful life. anyways, contentment, joy and or happiness varies as individuals are unique in their own ways thus our dreams. no matter what kind of house we build let's make this house a home, where warm and comfort encompass and protect the family and loved ones who lives there.

I want a house, actually, a house with a couple of guest cottages in the back. It would be at least 5 bedrooms, 2 stories (with an elevator since I don't like stairs and the roomie doesn't do them if she can avoid them. There would be 2 Master suites on the first floor, and at least one upstairs. On the first floor, and with a spiral stair case to the open second would be a huge library, floor to ceiling wood bookcases, with sliding ladders to access the upper shelves on both floors. Furnishing the room would be comfortable leather chairs and soft chenille chairs that recline. There would be lamps to make reading comfortable and a desk, just because what is a library without at least a desk? There would be a media room, again, floor to ceiling shelves, this time for tapes and DVDs. There would be comfortable recliners for watching TV on the huge flat screen. With those speakers in the seat would be nice, but optional. There would also be a small screen to the side for the roomie to watch since she can't see that far. This would be sound proofed so that anyone could watch and not disturb the others if they aren't watching. There would be a section of the house for the cats, that would include my bedroom, and the roomie's bedroom, a small, seperate kitchen for them, then a large outside space for them to go out on. And if possible a bunch of those never touch cat litter again boxes... (And I don't care if I have 3 or 33 cats, I still want those!) There would be a computer room for me and a seperate one for the roomie (and would include smaller TVs for us in them,) and then a craft room for me as well... The upstairs master could be for the other roommate, so she could have her own space and we wouldn't bother her getting up 3 hours before she needs too. And we'd also have a couple of guest rooms up there as well. The main kitchen would be attached to the great room. The room should face north so we never get the worst of the sun at any time of day since I love light, and the roomie can't tolerate it. One of the guest cottages we could house the former roommate, since the guest cottages are basically one bedroom apartments detached from the house. Oh, and a 3 car garage and a place with plenty of storage for all my stuff, and a maid and cook... well, a maid anyway. Some nice gardens (that someone else takes care of) would be nice outside and a barn with a couple of nice, rideable horses. I would prefer to live some place where there are no extreames in weather, neither too hot or too cold; flat, but with hills around and far enough from the ocean that we don't get the worst of the storms, but not in the Great Plains so to avoid tornados too.

I think there are 35 acre parcels just like you described between South Park Colorado and the New Mexico line. Compared to Austin, it's climate is mild. If you want it cooler there Is North Park Colorado. Further yet, it Sheridan Wyoming. Having lived 60 years in Colorado, tornadoes in or very near the mountains are extremely rare. Actually a lot of rural properties are owned by Texans who come up to visit or camp until they can retire in God's country. My Daddy was an Okie who spent some of his childhood in Texas.

at this point in my life it would have to be one level as my knees are getting bad with the stairs in our home. so a ranch style with a built in pool in the backyard and a large eat-in kitchen with lots of counter and cabinet space, a two car garage and a large master bedroom suite with a bathroom including a jacuzzi, a guest bedroom, a large dining room for entertaining, a large den with fireplace, a home office, and two more bedrooms, a screened in porch/deck. oh if only.......

I wouldn't mind a medium sized, cozy beach house near the French Riviera on the southeastern corner of France. Could you make a 16' by 9' screened porch that attaches to the beach house? This will be nice for friends to hang out. I would like to be surrounded by aromatic purple flowers, and lots of beach umbrellas scattered about. Also, a Lipton Iced Tea Machine. Thank you genie!

I would love to live in Hawaii, because you can see the water no matter which direction you look. Sometimes you can even see whales jumping. I like the coastal feel; light colors, cedar shakes, etc. It would have a pool for my husband, and a nice sized kitchen for me. Lots of closets, because I am a pack rat. There would be a play room for the kids, where my son could go nuts and not worry about wrecking anything. I would have a nice home office for writing and mylotting... Ahh, paradise!
