Who are you Facebook friends with?

I'm always offline in Facebook chat because when the time I start using Facebook all I do is accept all the friend request that's been sent to my Facebook account but I stop that when I always receive message from friends that I do not know in personal. But even i'm always offline I still talk and chat with my high school and college friends in Facebook. I sent them a message and sometimes we talk in comments.

it is a funny thing that being online you would have facebook friends that you do not know in real life...whether to boost your # of friends or the feeling of obligation to not say "no" or to deny them to be your friend. I find that people are more willing to do things online, like say stuff about you that they wouldn't say to your face..why is that? it's not like you're protected...or are you? just my thoughts :)

It's very hard to use facebook without having friends, you don't know from the real life. So why do you use facebook if you don't want to meet new friends worldwide.I have a lot of friends, that I know and lots of more, that are friends only "Online". Cheers

I use Facebook to keep in touch with real-world friends: childhood friends, new friends, old friends, close friends, old workmates. I do have about less than 10 people in Facebook who I just met online via Human Pets.

I keep my friends list to those that I really know. Majority of my friends are my relatives, cause I have a lot of them. LOL. Facebook really helps us to get in touch with each other, and to still be updated in each other's lives. Specially those that are living in other countries. The rest of my facebook friends are my childhood friends, college friends, and people from my work. I usually filter my news feeds though to those that I am close with.. =)

Same "friends" from High School. The same people that rarely talk to me. I am rarely on this site. I try to talk to these people and they just ignore me like they did back in school. People I have known forever won't even message or comment my page. It is quite sad.
