OMG. I have done it. For the first time i have violated mylot's terms. . Today i have started a discussion about doing captchas and i wanted some people from Philippines. And since i know many people from Philippines are member's of mylot so i started a discussion asking for help and later one of my friend told me that i violated mylot's terms.
Well i asked my friend if they are going to delete me for this or not and he told me that i won't get deleted for one mistake. Well it was an honest mistake and what my friend suggested me that i read the rules of my lot again so next time i won't make such kind of mistakes. And I have reported the topic already my very own discussion
I accepted what I did was wrong . And will be careful next time before starting such kind of discussion. What about you? Have you made such kind of mistakes?

We have all made mistakes at some poit. Maybe not by starting a discussion which was in violation but by responding on one which we should have been aware was a violation before posting.
I can remeber a time when everyone was promoting Ciao like crazy and 9 discussions out of 10 in the money interests were about the site. I started two discussions, one in the Ciaointerest and another in the make extra money interest trying topoint out to users that Ciao had an interst of its own and that discussions should ave been placed there. Both were a violation as we are told not to start several discussions about the same topic I asked a friend to report them both and they were deleted.
We make mistakes to learn from them and as long as we do so they serve their purpose
Thank you for your Fr!

thank you for accepting my friends request mysdianait. I so wanted to ask you about that topic that I think I violated but wasnt able to send you a PM well anyways this wont happened again.. I dont know though the mylot team still did not delete the topic till now.. I was so worried and tried to avoid making mistakes here at mylot. do you think if they wont delete it it means it does not violate mylot rules? I already reported my own discussion... but the discussion is still there. by the way thanks once again.

We ALL make mistakes!!!! I saw that discussion & I don't think you violated any of the guidelines!!!! You didn't put your referral link. You simply asked for help & then asked anyone interested to PM you. That is the appropriate thing to do. If you had included your referral link in your discussion, then you would have been deleted. Or if you sent a PM to everyone on your friends list soliciting them to use your referral link, that would have been WRONG!!! NEVER tell on yourself to myLot. The system is set up to catch cheaters. There is a BIG difference in what you did & what those do that get deleted. You simply asked for help from your friends!!! Actually, you did it in such a way I almost Pm'd you to offer my help...then I noticed it said Phillipines ONLY.
Apparently myLot agrees with me as they haven't deleted your discussion!!!

Well I really would like to offer that to all but had a problem on the sending the payout since I wont be using Paypal so I have to offer it locally ...
thanks for giving time to respond to my discussion though next time I would be extra careful here at the lot.... Just dont feel right to violate any of those rules

Mistakes cannot be avoided in life. We are not perfect. it's okay if you have committed it just once, there is no problem with that. Just don't repeat it the next time. Don't worry your account will not be deleted. The best thing that you can do the next time is to check first the guidelines before posting some discussions here in mylot. Don't be bothered. Just keep posting quality discussions and i am sure you will have a better earnings here. have a pleasant evening!

nobody's perfect, we all make mistakes. i have done something like that too, posted a milestone hehehe... when i reached my 500th post. sure did have some users participated in that discussion and now its deleted already. well i learned my lesson, not to start a discussion about milestones....
the important thing here is when we make mistakes we should try to avoid doing it again, or never do it again.

Newbie here. I haven't made a mistake like this yet, but I'm sure I will at some point. We all do. I commend you for owning up to it and taking responsibility. There are a lot of people out there who wouldn't care enough to do so.

yes my friend it would be hard to be deleted here at mylot for just that mistake so better admit it than to act innocent on ones mistakes ... Next time I would be more careful that I promise mylot

well I really feel guilty for having violated the rules, it would have been acceptable for me if I violate the rules when I just started bu since it's 5 months now that I have joined mylot I would have known better that why I feel so shy about it that I just made my first violation at this time when I thought I know all the terms already

well I guess to be a good mylotter one must experience breaking some rules or making a mistake that was not planned for. Learning the hard way and experience is a better teacher for me... dmn I was so guilty when I found out I was mistaken never crossed my mind that I would not have thought of it in the first place. Well next time there wont be any next time for violation

What?.. Where exactly the violations spots?.. Is it really violating the terms if we asking someone from our current countries to help us?.. Well i guess i had to re-read mylot.com terms again very carefully...

I don't believe I have violated the TOS in starting discussion, but I have done so by responding to discussions that were in violation. It was those type of discussions that had referral links in the discussions. I do post there, especially if it is a newbie that didn't know they weren't allowed to do that. I knew that I would lose earnings on those discussions, but I wanted to help them, so that they would never do it again. That is the only time I think I have ever done that. I sure don't do it intentionally as I know what I can and can't do in here. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

yes my friend , I think I too would warned new members if they violate any rules here at the lot the same way my friend warned me about my mistake... I was glad that he had done so and realized my mistake on the same day that I violated the terms...I tried to avoid making mistakes ,, but got my first violation hoping next time it would never happened again.
