Click Bank Anyone?

I was wondering if anyone here uses click bank and if you do could you please HELP me? I'm really confused and I sent them an email a while ago, but still no response back. What exactly are hoplinks and do I have to pay for them? All I want to do is promote products so that I can put them on my blogs and hopefully make some cash. Can anyone help?
