I wrote a review for Review Stream

So I wrote a review for Review Stream and now I am waiting to see if they will accept it. Does anyone know how long this usually takes? Do you write for Review Stream and if so, is it good for making money?

Normally they will approve it within 3 days. However, the payment will only make after one month your post approved. It is one of the good way to earn some extra money but it is giving some negative impact on the website/blog page rank.
