What is your opinion about cutting thief's right hand?

I hate people who steal lie, or try to take what is not theirs...i am sure that they have this law just because want to eradicate this bad habbit. I don t know if i am agree or not...but i hate liers.

the thief will steal with the left hand. cutting the hand won't change him.

I think if there are a lot of people stealing in a country, they government officials should have their hands cut off because they are not doing their job. people often steal when they don't have enough money tu buy even food. if they don't have enough money then it just might be government's fault... besides, if you cut off their hand, person will not be able to work any more, so they will have to continue stealing with their other hand to have money for food. most people don't want to be bad, they have no choice.

It's to brutal. Humanity has advanced greatly in the field of Human Rights. Compassion is a wonderful quality that most be developed by everyone, everywhere in the world. Jail and public work is good enough. Also psychiatric help is a plus.
