Can you find the silver lining?

Lately, my daughter has been really dwelling on the negative, so at family dinner, we go around the table and talk about something positive that happened to us today. A highlight of our day, whether it be big or small. Mine was blueberry picking with the kids. What about you guys? Can you find something positive about your day, every day? Are you happy-go-lucky, a grumpy gus, or something in between?

I think it is something in between for me. I try to find the silver lining most of the time, but some days it gets really hard to see what has been so good about the day.

I have those days too. Sometimes there isn't much of a silver lining at all.:-(
