Crockpot recipes?.....

hello! We have this beef/goat stew called kaldereta in Filipino. You can saute the chunks of beef in oil with garlic, onions and fresh tomatoes. Add tomato sauce or paste, water, mustard, quick melt cheese, pineapple, carrots, green peas, red or yellow bell pepper and you can have chilli powder on it if you prefer a spicy one. Season with salt, sugar and fish sauce. Slow cook for 8 hours and if you want stickier sauce just add cornstarch or bread crumbs. Another is kare-kare or ox tail stew with peanut sauce..

I agree about the roast with potatoes.... I use red potatoes Onion A medium Roast (this is just to fit what you like and don't like though) Then I mix brown gravy and cavendars with hot water to fill it up and let it go.. I check it a couple of times if it needs water I add just water... It is easy and I love the taste....

I hope this is helpful. It's not a recipe, but an idea. I've had roast beef with vegtables made for me in a crockpot and it was so good.
