I like to watch sports in TV. You won't get the option to watch the sport clearly when you are in the stadium. In my place, it will be very sunny during day time and you will get a good tan and will be tired soon if you go to stadium. Instead, you can sit at home in AC and watch the match clearly. I think the only advantage of watching sports in stadium is that you will get the actual feel of the play. I got free tickets to watch IPL cricket tournament in Chennai, but I didn't go. Do you like to watch sports on TV or in stadium? What are the advantages of watching it in TV? What are the advantages of watching it in stadium?

Yes, you are right. Replays is an added advantage we get when we watch plays in TV. Also, watching games at home givese you the comfort of being in your house. By watching games in TV, you can make sure that you won't miss out an important part of the game. The only thing is you miss the feel and spirit of the play. That is sad! Thanks for the response.

With the introduction of Giant screens in all the stadiums, you can watch all the replays and other important aspects of the match in the screen if you miss out any actions. The practise session of cricketers, post Match session etc., you can watch live in the stadium which is not at all possible in Television set. Even the change of overs you cannot be seeing in the television.

I definately would rather watch sports in a stadium. The advantage of watching on a TV is that you of course you can watch more clearly, however, being in a stadium is so much fun. You definately get the feel of the play and all the fans around you give off so much good energy. I think you have more fun watching it live rather then on TV. Its a whole different experience.

Yes, I agree with you that you will miss that fun of real time involvement when you watch sports in tv. But, it is fact that when you go to stadium, you won't be able to view the sport clearly. I live with my parents, brother, and sister, all of them are cricket fans. So, while wataching cricket in TV we do all kinds of stuff peopl do in staudium, we shout, and encourage the team and make the atmosphere very lively. It is less expensive and interesting compared to going to stadium.

It is true that for the most part you see "more" on tv, the atmosphere is not the same. I love the Houston Astros baseball team and watch them regularly on tv but I have also been to several games. At the games you get a better feel of how far away the outfield is from the infield. You can also see the players talking to each other as well as the interaction of the fans. I also like to watch NFL football and the Houston Texans. To me you see the plays develope a lot better on tv. But again the feel our being in the stands is electric.

Like u, i prefer to watch matches at home, without AC, because we dont have AC at home. In case u dose off in the middle of a boring match there are replays to bore us even more. In stadiums people sitting in front are often used for target practice by people sitting behind.

Lol. Hi Preethaanju! You make me laught by all your responses. It is really nice to watch games in TV sitting in AC. You should get one. You are right, I don't want to go to a stadium and get targetted by others, suffering the big heat. Thanks for your response and support.

I would like watching the sports at the stadium because that would be real live, not just live on the screen. But, I can't go to the stadium every time because of the lack of time for that. So, I just have to be satisfied watching the games on the TV, the sreen live. But, that's still very enjoyable with the commentators explaining all the actions !

i would like to a pro sports game such as an nba team but none of them are near my area in TN and i'm just as far away from memphis as you can get and i'm still in TN. it would be closer just to go to atlanta or charlotte to see a pro nba team. i would like to see shaq play live before he retires as i've watched him his whole career. maybe i'll do that. i've been to miner league baseball games before. considering where i'm at i would rather watch at home unless of course i would like to travel.

I enjoy watching sports on my tv. I have been to Sabina Park once to watch a cricket match which was great. I got a ball and a poster autographed by Curtly Ambrose. I have also been to the national stadium only once to watch football as well. I have not been to any of th athletic metes as yet but i get everything on tv. I am a bit scared of being out in such a huge mass of people I guess so I stay at home. On the tele I get to see things I may have missed at the games as I would have only been in one place, but I also miss out on the feeling of being there and being a part of the moment.

Well,I live in a little town and I can't travel to cities for the sake of watching sports alone. That will be highly expensive for me.There are some local matches held in our town but the galleries will not be that much comfortable. So,I would like to enjoy sports in TV alone. But I had watched some games in our home town and it was to be around with the friends and not for the sports interests.Cheers!

i have no time at nowdays, but at the old day, i have a time to see the programm of the sport games, but now i am full of the work, and, have no time to watch tv, then, but i have reminded some remember to see the sport game and the excite mood of seeing sport games, i are ready to the pingpang and football matches, as you known, i am a chinese people, the pingpang is my country ball, the most interest is these ball which is the much small, the other is the much bigger, one is two men match, the other is the twelve men each of two sides, and two kinds of matches is the same interest as my opinion, the pingpang game is depending on the quick move behavior in the reaction, it is very depend on the reaction ablity at sport time,at the same time, you should find some ideas to beat the other side, most important thing is the high speed at the match, the rhythm of match is very quick, the heart is beating very fast.how exciting it is. i think that the watching the sport game is less interest than your own experience to go to the stadium and play some sports, in the spare time, i would go to the stadium and play pingpang, the thing is play game, the other is exercise your reaction and muscle. how happy i am when i am exercising such this game, and how interest this game can give me!!!!!

Good, in the television I think is cool cause u have some angles, that many times are better of what if you were back in the stadium attending the game. But I find that nothign as to attend game in stadiums. Stadiums is so much better
