Hi, most of us spend too much of time on the internet especially when it is our day offs or if school is temporary closed due to semestral break or holiday breaks. I am just curious, how much of your time are spent on surfing the internet like accessing social networking sites, emails, chatting and how much do you spend on online gaming. Any inputs will be highly appreciated.

You are right, we need to make the most out of our time on the internet. Its better to spend our time in meaningful activities like writing online article and finding ways to earn online.

Hi,entrepinoy, I used to be a totle online gamer, on my college days, I spent half of my spare time playing online games, especially RPGs. There is only a few of my friends would do on their spare time like this. But now things have changed, I have my full time work now, so there is not much time for me to play online games. So, yes, I'm now an internet surfer. haha

Hi there, I agree with you that once you have work, there will be limited time on the internet.

I am much more of an internet surfer than a game player though there have been times when I have played a few games. . I find it is time wasted . . .because once I start playing I seem to not be able to stop . .one more game . .. just one more game. . .and then before I know it an hour has passed and all I have is a crampy hand! So I find for me it is best to stay away from the games on line and rather go search out some new knowledge!

I agree with you that mot of the time, if you are playing games online, you really get hooked with the game especially if your friends are online with you and play the same game. Its hard to notice the time spent online until you realized that its early in the morning already. That is the reason why I avoided playing online games or even network games because once I get hooked up with the game, I never stop playing till the wee hours of the morning. I am now more of an Internet surfer researching things like how to earn money line, make great websites and MyLot!!!

I do occasionally play online games, but most of the time it is surfing. I check e-mails, research things, update Mylot (of course), Facebook and Twitter.

Thank you for your response. I agree with you that Internet helps us learn new things just like what we can learn from MyLot.

I am definitely more of an online surfer than an online gamer. I'm not really into playing games because I totally suck at them I do like to play online games from time to time, assuming the games are easy! I am more of an internet surfer as I do like to read the news and chat up with my friends. I also spend a lot of my time reading and sending emails as a lot of people know me as a "tech geek" so I always have people asking me questions and I try to answer them as much as I can. So overall, I do like to play SOME (I am emphasize on the some) games but really I am more of an internet surfer.

Hey, Well I actually like to play online games some of the time, but I am more of an Internet surfer most of the time. I mean, playing games online is quite fun, but I actually think that I like to surf the Internet more. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

I am more like an internet surfer I feel. For me I know I spend way too much time online. I am going to college online so I spend about 2 hours or more a day doing that. I also do other things online to earn income so I am on about 5 to 7 hours a day. But I try to get off and eat and do other things in between. It is hard to stay away from the internet but there is more to life than being online that is for sure. Nice post

Hello entrepinoy, I'm not much of an online gamer.I like to surf the sites most of the time, be it sports, social networking or e mail. There was a phase in between when I really got addicted to online chess so then I virtually kept on playing for hours, neglecting my studies. I'm glad that that phase has got over now. Cheers!

It really depends on my mood. Today, I just wanna focus more on finding ways how I am able to make money online by searching and surfing the internet, socializing in a forum like this and visit other's blog. I would like to maximize the use of internet while the connection is still good. Gaming comes next after everything is in good place.

Before I play games more than surfing the net but it is reversed now. I enjoy surfing the net, browsing some forums and read some articles. I also enjoy social networking sites like facebook. Before I can spend almost the whole day surfing the net but now, just a few hours 'coz I've been busy and I'm getting tired seating the whole day.
