Parallel Parking

This is what my USA settled friend mailed me last month. I am going for my road test on Tuesday...I am so nervous since I am not very good with parallel parking yet Anyhow I just hope I pass the test Wish me Good Luck!!! But anna, you know what i replied? sometimes u really miss India. U can get a license for a very little bribe. Yes.. even if you dint ride proper, they laugh on you and give the license. I am talking what i actually see in my hometown. 4 persons whom i knew very well got licenses on same day. nobody drive well. They dint even dont know till o=now to drive a car. but they all are license holders. i remember a funny incident. when one guy practised car ride, i went and sit inside. My god.. suddenly car started to jump for continous 15 seconds.lol.. I could never forget that..

Are you sure it is required for the entire state? Here in California it is required in certain areas where there is a lot of parallel parking, like downtown. However, the DMV where I had taken my test did not require it as it was in a location that doesn't have a lot of parallel parking. Thank goodness too, because I would have failed my test for sure if it had been on there. I'm terrible at it! LOL PS I passed on my first try.
