I don't believe in luck... i believe in hard work...This is true for you too?

Hi ice! I think luck factors work for everybody. Everybody is lucky or unlucky at one time of his/her life or the other. When things do not move as per our wishes, we feel that we are unlucky. We remember those events, which proved unlucky for us, but forget about the lucky events. We should always count our blessings. Undoubtedly, our hard work can change the course of our life. There is no substitute for hard work.

I agree with believing in the whole concept of hard work, luck however, i just find it more coincidental than anything else, although it does help sometimes :)

So true, luck just don't come along without hardwork. There are just some of these people who wishes and are waiting for the luck to strike on them but aren't doing a thing to achieve it. We find luck not the other way around like luck will find us. Success is on our hands, if we always re determined to be successful then slowly but surely there will be an outcome.

yeah,I agree your think.But sometime you need luck,just as you said right time in right moment,I think can plus a condition,that's meet right person.^_^

I'm thinking it may be a bit of both. I think that there are some that have been born more "charmed" than others. I see everyday there are those that have to work harder and longer to achieve their goal than someone that has been born closer to them. I think that sometimes situation can influence choices and those situations are not always in our control. I'm not so sure it is "luck" but it is something.

Actually I believe in luck! Likewise heaven and hell, good and bad, rich and poor, I believe in being lucky and unlucky. It's true that hard-working can take a person to their dreams, but at some point of his/her life, he/she need some luck! Luck have helped me most of the time and guess I do have a lil luck myself! To win lottery, it's no hard work, but luck.. :-) happy lotting!

very truly speaking till a point of time I thought hard work, sincerity will give me success. But after a certain point of time, I am convinced, I am not totally true.There are something called luck which has a vital role to play.Other than this, we can't always get success. I can list several instances where Luck just deserted me, in turn success deserted me. like my onsite journey, which I was expecting from long, was cancelled just one day before date of journey . For others who were supposed to travel with me, it remain intact. Mine was cancelled as my Manager goofed up. what it is other than bad luck? Its about 5 years of career and till date I have not got the onsite even once.I know will never get chance again with this bad luck. Else its me who after that also, worked most in that team. So what reward I have got? There are so many bad lucks like this for me?

Well, I always believe in hard work, but actually I think luck can be also very important, so sometimes we work harder than some people , but they can be more successful than us, just because they have good luck. Nevertheless, we cannot count on good luck, but we can count on hard work, beacause you would never know what lukc you will have, but if you work hard, you surely can make it one day.

me too dont believe in luck but i also dont believe in hard work. i have been hard working for many years, and some of my cousins dont study at all. but they can both marry a rich man or woman, or have good jobs from the heaven without any efforts.so if ask me, i dont believe in both of them.

Hi, I totally agree with you in this point. Yes hard work really pays and turns into luck. Every man born in this world is gifted with luck, no one is special. It is through his hard work that man reaches to a height and later some term is as luck. There is nothing known as luck or unluck so far as I believe in my work. Work is worship.

I think opportunity is important for everyone.graping the opportunity means luck,lose the opportunity means unluck. I think one who has hard work charisma in the right time is luck.

Luck plays a part in life, but not a crucial one. Buddhists (like me) believe in karma - the more good deeds you do, the better your life would be. However, to me, luck alone doesn't make a person successful. Like what you have said, hard work is a must. How many people you know become rich without working hard? None! Of course, there will be a handful lucky ones who are born with a silver spoon, and who doesn't have to lift a finger to earn any money because they inherit their parents' property. While such people are lucky, they are non-so-lucky in other aspects. You don't know their problems :) On the contrary, there are immigrants who came to our shores with only a few pennies in their pockets, and wearing tattered clothes but who are now philanthropists. Do you think that luck alone has brought them to where they are now? Definitely not. "Be at the right place at the right time" - I absolutely agree. I also agree that when opportunity knocks, let it in. However, you could be at the right place at the right time, but if you don't work hard, you'll be out of place. Even if you open the door and let opportunity in, without hard work, that opportunity would just fly out the door some day. So, I shall give a resounding YES to hard work. It is really true for me. Just a word of caution - don't work too hard for the money but at the expense of your health.

i believe in luck. because i am allways do hard work.and or finaly result is loser.because my luck is bad. and iam allways poor. iam allways crying.my finecial problem is very critica;y please help me god.

There are times when luck does play a role in life. Some people are simply there at the right place and at the right time while others are not. However, people should never just rely on luck to stay on top of their game. Luck runs out quite fast. Hardwork and creativity on the other hand have long term benefits. If you work hard, you will have greater chances of success.

No not really but I beleave its fifty fifty because some people are more lucky then others and they wind up getting a better job since its so hard getting a job now of these days no matter how right you are for that job. So I do beleave in aspect it does require luck.

Yes buddy I do believe in luck but it does not mean that I don't believe in hard work. In fact I believe it is hardwork that brings the luck. A person can never be lucky without any reason. It is his hard work and the efforts that he puts in makes him lucky. Its like this. If you study hard, you get lucky at the exam !!! Take care buddy, happy mylotting.

Well I do not really believe in luck, or luck charms.. or superstitions.. I will walk pass a black cat all day long and it does not effect me.. On Friday the 13th I have had wonderful days and horrible days... not because of the date... I also believe in living life for the moment, and looking for a brighter tomorrow.. sometimes that is easier said than done.. Yes hard work does pay off in the end, things are completed because you do it.. Not waiting for someone else to do it for you... I have faith that things are going to turn out in the end... I try to treat others the way I would like to be treated... Granted sometimes that works out for me and sometimes it does not.. but with the right attitude (positive thing) and my eyes wide open, I can see a way out of a not so wonderful situation... Life is what you make it, what you focus on.. If you are consistently looking at the bad things that are happening or what happened in the past... Your life is just full of misery.. never looking beyond to see the good things in life... There is always a positive in every sitaution along with its counterpart, negativity.. Focusing on the good, or hoping for things to work out, with the hard work, puts you in the right direction to find what you are looking for...

i believe more in hard work than luck..coz if u believe that you're a lucky person then all you need to do is sit in your comfy chair at your house and let the money or anything you want come to you..but it does not happen...you must work hard to achieve something..but also, if your working hard you must be smart too..don't just work without thinking something to improve it for your benefit..
