How many responses do you expect to receive to your new discussion(s)?

Hi Pola! This time you became the first respondent, congratulations to you! (Do you remember in one of my discussions, you were at No.3 and when I commented - 'thanks for being No.3, you counter-commented, I wanted to be No.1, and see today you are the number one and you have fulfilled your desire). So for you 15 is the average number of responses you expect to get. However, I notice that you have many followers/well wishers/friends who send you large number of responses to each of your discussions. You are very right when you say that we should finish posting comments to our previous discussion, before starting the new one. I also try to do like-wise. Time constraints are also with me. Actually, it depends upon the time of posting a discussion, sometimes many numbers of users are active so one gets large number of responses, else if your discussion figures in mylot digest, the number of responses automatically goes up.
