All is not lost. At least I think it is a good sign you are still aware that you are becoming lonely and depressing. Everything happens for a reason, whether you like it or not. To get over it, maybe you might want to take stock of your life, why you are feeling lonely. Only when you know the underlying cause can you help yourself. May you enjoy a fruitful life ahead.

I would contact my family doctor if ,I were you. Something could be wrong that is easily fixed. It is unhealthy to be in this state, reach out and do it soon .I lived for eight years like you. Whatever it takes get yourself out,it could save your life.
I did it natural and feel like a new person.Good Luck

Why are you becoming depress and lonely. Problems with family, friends, at home, at work or wherelse. Dont think so much of your problems it will only make you more with stress. Pray a little harder and think of the world as a nice place to live by.

I am not sure whether you are single, alone, working or stayed at home most of the time. However, an idle mind is the devil's workshop. I would suggest that you get yourself busy with something that interest you. It could be a hobby or attempt to learn something that you have also wanted to try but have been postponing all the years. Keep that mind busy and occupied with creative activities. Mylot seemed to be a good place to make friends. Exchange contacts and see where all these friendship will lead you. There is a big world outside waiting for you to explore and enjoy. We are all waiting for you to join us.
