how many babies do you want to have

No offense, but I don't believe that having a baby is the only way for a woman to be fulfilled or be at peace with herself. I don't want to have any babies. My personal goals for my life do not involve being defined as a mother. That would not be fulfilling for me, and I would not feel at peace with myself if I were to sacrifice what I really want just to conform to society and have a baby. Everyone else is having babies, so I don't really need to.

i think i would like to have two. I want my first child to be a boy and the next one a girl. This is obvisously do the big brother could protect the little sister and look out for her. LOL. So if things go well with the first two, i would like to have two more. Another boy and another girl. That would be the most that i want though.

I've always wanted to have 3 children. Two boys and a girl. I actually have already thought of their names 4 a boy and a girl. I'll name them both after this person who inspired me so much since HS, and it's Michael Jackson. I wish him peace.

I don't want any babies at all. I guess I'm not a motherly person. I love to take care of animals but a child would be too much. They scream, they throw up, they pee and poo and completely destrroy your life. Not to mention I have a pregnancy phobia. I'm actually terrified not of giving birth but being pregnant. It seems like the baby is a parasite in your body, living off you and never giving anything back. I respect other peoples choices of getting pregnant, though. Babies are cute and such, but I definitely do not have the patience nor the personality to take care of someone else. I love my personal freedom too much. Besides, this is hardly a good time to get an offspring, with wars and bad economy and corrupt leaders. Should I ever have a child, I want it to grow up in a paradise, where it will have to worry of nothing but life itself.

I'm a father of two and they are all grown up and independent. I miss the days when they were so small and the fun we use to have. It doesn't seem that them making me a grandfather will happen too soon. I wish we had a few more but my wife said that was enough for her. I just find it lonely and I always wish I could go back to earlier years. For any of you who love children, you know what I mean, enjoy life with them to the fullest. To all the moms, you are all wonderful to bless the world and your lives with little bundles of joy. May you all have happy lives. Note: if any of you have too many children, I will take a couple off your hands...LOL.

I have one boy aged 2.5 yrs old now and I don't plan to have more kid at the moment...probably will stick to 1 kid. It is not an easy task to takecare kid and also due to high living expense.With 3 of us in a family, we feel so happy now.

hello HeidiD, My wife and I wanted to have four babies before but since it's hard to take care plus the fact that everything is expensive - from milk, diaper to education, having three kids is more than enough to us. We have three children, two boys and 1 girl. Our eldest is now in 2nd year college taking up Nursing. The second one is 4th year high school and the youngest is third year high school. Time really flies that they're already teenagers and so proud to share that they are doing so great in school - they are honor student and deans lister.

Hello, I Love children so much but in my situation, I would love to have 2. However, I have two girls.... I always want one boy and one girl but now I have two girls :).... so, my husband would love to have one more. For me, I dont want to try again cuz I afraid I might have a girl again...

i hope i can adopt nine daughter and one is my owned son.when i study at school i hope that i can adopt children from the orphanage,in my expression about these orphans,they often very clever and lovely and more intellegent that mornal children,so if i earned enough money, i hope that i could adopt lovely girl and become the one of my family,make my family happy.

For me, I want to have many babies, but it is not permitted in our country. In our country, because there are too many people, so the government forbid to have more than one baby, so I could only have one baby. If I have more babies, I will be fined or have some other punishment.

I believe in small family and like too. Though I belong to a big family, I don't want my family a bigger one. I want to have just a single one baby. And that would be a baby girl then it will be more fun. I wish I had a baby girl. I love to have a girl child and my husband too.

I don't beleive that the only thing that can give a women inner peace is to have a baby. There are plenty of women who will never have a child and be perfectly happy about it. I'm currently pregnant with my first, and it has been a VERY uncomfortable pregnancy. I'm not sure how many children I will want. One may be enough, or after the first one is older I may decide to have a second. I'm pretty sure I'll not have more than 2 though.

Hi there, it's really great to be a mother. I just can't express the joy through words. I just became a mother 4 months ago, whenever I think of my baby, I feel really happy and fulfilled. I plan to have three kids too, as I think 3 is just nice. I came from a family that has three kids, that's why I think this number is just nice. Like what you said, they can always play together and grow up together.

Being a mother of wonderful kids is indeed a great feeling. I have 2 kids and i'm happy , as i want only two. Tough i wished i had a by and a girl, but god gave me 2 boys, its ok, and very much fine too. And i feel wont be able to take care of more than 2 , neither financially, nor physically... 2 are enough..

Thinking of being a mother is very fun..especially if you have been going.. I'm a mother with one boy and one girl..but now i'm pregnant at this time for children to three. I would like to have many babies. But in reality I can only afford to have 2 or 3 the most. The cost of living nowadays is very high. You have to be realistic and think of your children's future. You may have a dozen kids, but can you ensure that they will all have a fair chance in this world? Can they all be well taken care of? Therefore, my husband and I have set 2 and maybe 3 the most for us. We have calculated our earnings and savings and the cost of raising a child until he completes his highest studies. It is not cheap I tell you. And then there are many hidden costs, such as medical and so on. So on the save side, I would like to have 2 babies that will grow up as responsible adults. :)

yeah. i would like to have 3 babies too, not too few nor too many. Though sometimes there's a chance that you can't conceive a baby boy that you want badly so it would end up, you're going to try and try until you have what you want right? This happened to a relative of mine. and end up having 5 babies.Ü
