HeidiD It is really not hard for me to answer this question. In my home, the floor is only with cement, we cannot walk on it with no slipper. Anyway, I don't think it is comfortable bare-feet even in one's own home.

HeidiD I think both paper maps and google maps are useful. Paper maps may be more instinct on the whole, as google maps include more data.

HeidiD I don't think it is a problem. I have the same situation with you. I usually take a nap. Taking some little exercise can relax. In my opinion, it is a common phenomenon. You don't have to be worry about it. Have a little sleep would be better.
