I always feel terrible there's so much fat in my legs. I'm not a fat girl, to a certain degree, I'm slim. I'm troubled with my fat legs. I cannot buy some beautiful pants and jeans. I have tried a lot of ways to lose weight, but no effect, especially no effect with my legs. I cannot bear it any more.
Do you think some very sports can help? Please share it with me. Thx.

The problem is that, its not really possible to reduce fat from a specific spot. The main region where fat deposits in men is lower abdominals and in women are hips and thighs. So its better to concentrate on losing overall body fat percentage by limiting the calories and doing cardio.
It will be more effective if you do some dumbell squats and leg extension to build some lean tissues on your thighs. It also increases the calorie burning.

I have the exact same problem! I'm skinny on top, but my legs are chunky! I've walked the treadmill religiously before and it didn't work. I'm going to try the gym sometime this month. I hope it works!

Any cardio exercise could help trim your legs. But it'll be best if you consult a gym instructor for that because they have specialty machines that focus on the thighs and legs.
I could also remember how tennis has helped trim my legs and formed it nicely. I think any sport or activity which focuses on the use of legs would be great idea.

Select an exercise pattern to suit your life style. All of us have different life styles and professions so there is no sense in trying to follow the book strictly. Try and follow an exercise routine that is suitable for you. You have to understand that even more important than the exercise it is sticking to it. So unless you choose something that can suit your life style, you are not going to stick on to it.
