How To Reduce Weight any tips u have

i want to reduce my weight, my current weight is 75kg, i eat three times in a day at the earlier times at now i reduce to two times but still my weight doesn't lose. i want to reduce atleast 10kg with in a month, how can i reduce it?

75kg is good weight. And if you want lose weight because people think you are fat - do not mind them, they are stupid. But if you need it for your health - eat regularly(five times per a day) smaller portions and try some exercise(i. e. jogging). PS: I have opposite problem. 18kg and can not change it... :'(

I am 16 years old and I really have 18-20kg. Unfortunely the nearest McDonald is 80km far...

When you stop eating, your body goes into OH MY GOSH, WE AREN'T GOING TO GET FOOD... SAVE IT ALL!!!!! mode....Try simply increasing the steps you take in a day. Walk, walk, walk... park further away from shopping places, and work. Get up and walk around every hour or so... more steps taken means more calories burned.

10 kg in a month? Me too, I want to do that. But I think it will be hard, unless, you do a lot of workout, which I think it kind hard to do, as I prefer to sit in front of television or in front of laptop. Currently I try to minimize my food intake, but I don't see any changes in my body. But with my current lifestyle, i think I'll be lucky if I don't earn extra weight. Anyway, good luck to you.

You can eat 3 times but you should less quantity of food in each meal.You should not eating many snacks.

well i don't know what 75 kg really is in lb. but i guess that really doesn't matter. they have a spot on here thats just for losing weight ideas. you should really go on there. i joined it and alot of people use the wii fit. my mom uses the biggest loser dvd and she losted 20 pounds. she goes on a walk 3 days a week. and she does cardio for a hour each day. and she eats anything she wants and drinks anything she wants cause she works out so much.

Don't stop eating! Yes, a good, healthy, and moderated diet is good for weight loss, but not more than a couple kg. The best method is Good, hearty meals and a LOT of exercise. Muscle is heavier than fat, but if you burn any fat you have off, then you'll be good looking, fit, and healthy, and wont need to worry about the figures. Sweat a lot. Run, walk, lift weights, swim. just get out there for an hour a day, maybe two. It doesn't have to be a chore and it doesn't have to be strenuous, as long as you're out there being active, and eating plenty of meat, vegtables and fruit. Don't cut off sweets entirely, but drop it down to one little tiny bar a day, or a couple of hot tamales. No popcorn or candy at theaters, because then you eat too much at once. Again, don't stop eating, eat all three times a day, never starve yourself, just make the time and put in the effort to exercise.

First of all you need to eat smaller meal not stop eating. Use a smaller plate which will give you a smaller portion. If you eat smaller portions, about 5 or 6 times a day your metabolism will speed up which will result in your loosing weight. Walking will help alot and Light exercise.Eat more fruits and vegetables. Stay away from prepackaged food and stay away from fryed foods and sweets. Don't eat anything white such as bread, flour, rice. Eat baked chicken and or turkey and drink plenty of water and green tea. Good luck to you.

When we talk about weight loss you should keep an eye on your calories. You gain weight means that you consume more calories than you burn, you lose weight means you burn more calories than you consume. See the meals and how many calories each meal has. count how many calories you're taking. of course You should exercise to lose weight. Yes when you exercise you get more hungry but try eat so to just stop hunger. don't eat much. and try to eat frequently, up to 6 times a day. it'll keep you metabolism high.
