Who Makes A Better Cook? Men Or Women?

Anybody who likes cooking can be a great cook despite the gender.But it is widely practiced that the girls have to learn it compulsorily.I think it started from the old age where men went for hunting and women cooked for them.But now times are changing,men too have to learn cooking as women have started to go for jobs.I like to conclude that a woman is a good cook at her kitchen and when it comes as a profession,man stands in the top.Cheers!

I would hate to admit it, but some of the best cooks are men. They rarely do it, but when they do cook, they make it worth while. Women cook too much, people can get bored with their normal food. I think more men should take up cooking. They spend more time and focus more on what they do when they cook. More than i can say for us women. We just get it over with and eat, ha ha.

Depend on the places as if in the home kitchen, the woman is the one who always cooking because of the motherly nature, want to feed, and if in the hotel, where the job is really demanding, I think men are better because to work constantly and to cook a lot, I think man more suitable

You can't come to a concusion that women or men is good at cooking. I think that most of the women can cook a kind of well, which many men can't do. There are lots of men in my country who can't even make a coffee. I think women are good cooks when there is small scale cooking, like cooking in kitchen. Men are good cooks when cooking in large scale. I have seen many good men cooks. My dad can't survive if my mom doesn't cook. He doesn't know to cook even the basic things. He can't cook rice, rasam, or samabar. Lol. Also, in my place, people think it is the work of women to cook and it is embarassing for me to get into kitchen. Thank god, my husband is a good cook and I encourage his cooking. Prakash, are you a good cook?

They both are good in their own special way of cooking.But there are some women and men that burn up water and things never taste good. Some people are just lazy and don't want to cook and when they do it those not taste so good. But I guess the only good food is when is made by someone that likes what they are doing and if they love cooking is taste even better. My husband those not cook regularly but when he those most of his food is really good but when he those it in a bad mud it takes relly bad.

Men are great cook thank women in my opinion because men are always focus on their work and they cook very well than woman because woman are more picky when cooking. and many women today don't cook not like in early days.

i think women cook better than men, in my case i love to eat food cooked by my mother it is very good food i also eat food made so women in the hotel i think women are the best cookers they have lot of experince in many way than a men can so i prefer the women are the best cookers in the world than the men

well, its an art and there are both male and female artists. That's all I can say about that. OR that's all I really prefer to say, because I've known some of both: great men cooks and female cooks To side with one would be unfair. It all really depends on the person, ya knw

I think as women are rising in the political and business field, there goes the same for men too, who have been trying out the field of culinary arts, early childhood education and nursing. Anyone can achieve success if they try, and I think men are very good in cooking too, as good as they can eat. I personally loves cooking but I have to admit mine is not as good as my mum's cooking.

Well i have been tasting the cooking of women all my life I woul dhave to give them teh edge .It started with my mother ,granmother and sisters but I have ocassionally had the cooking of men and it i squite good but that may just be because i dont have their cooking often

There are recipes best prepared by women and there are recipes best understood by men.I think that it mainly depends on person's abilities and experience. I think that everybody can be a best cook. The difference is the passion and love for cooking.

I think women are the ones who cooks better, because my wife cooks very well while I can't cook anything. And most women discover new bright ideas in cooking because they used to do it everyday.

I would say it is men who are better cooks compare to women. Almost all of us eat in different restaurants and the one that cooks of that food we eat there are mostly male cook. Women do cook at home but many professionals right now are males who become cooks in many different establishment.

common notion says that women cooks better than men like us. but as what i have seen in fine dine restaurants, there are some men who cooks great dishes so there are no actual difference or comparison for both gender. in our family both my mom and my dad cook delicious dishes, both of them have their own expertise of food viands. my dad cooks hot and spicy dishes while my mom cook good tomato based dishes.

Well..to tell the truth...it's men! Yup, their food is really great! Anyone here watch To Chef? Majority cooks are male! Means, good cook with marvelous taste...which open our taste buds...yummy! Compared to my brother and I, I must agree he is a better cook!

I am good in cooking. But I must admit I knw men who cooks well too. Both can cook well but I think those who do the cooking and spends most of the time in the kitchen can do it better..
