For ME it is good and ask for your performance feedback from your boss or supervisor , even if it isn't performance review season .It's important for us to know where you are....How about you?

I don't know exactly...it is not that good performance,I think. Sometimes I don't want to force myself to do my work in the way my boss wants me to do,then after I finish my work he maybe says "good job" to me but think I am not obedient enough in his heart. Frankly,it is my problem to have less communication with my boss.

I think the most important thing is that we know what our boss see our position is in the office and make sure we do our job as our boss see fit. I have seen so many people that they simply don't know what their positions are from their superior point of view such as talking when they should remain silence or keeping silent when their opinions are required.
