heihong I think a research like this can do nothing but more confuse people without further convincing details. Unless more evidence revealed, I will not change my present habit, two eggs for each morning.

heihong I don't think it is a waste of money to eat out for lunch occasionally. But it is better to make a budget on food then you can eat any food you want without a excuse before deficit.
