I cannot say it is the truth and i think nobody will.Dan Brown itself told that the story was a creative thing.Up to me it is just a fiction story and we need to take it as a story not a real one.We should not suspect Jesus at all.

Dan Brown`s stories are fiction. A novel is not real. A good novel can look as if it was real, but none of the characters really exist. Even when writers use historic characters and persons, they say things that are not necesarilly true about them. The Da Vinci Code is a thriller, it is fun, but there`s no reason to think that Mary Magdalene had any children (much less that it would be Dan Brown`s heroine) Of course it is not the truth!

None of the things said in the book exists according to me and also according to Dan Brown himself. He just decided to make up a story with things like pictures, manuscripts etc to make it look or seem real, but the fact is Dan brown has all made it up in his genius mind and captured the whole world's attention. Something as controversial as this will obviously attract a lot of public attention and thats what Mr Brown enjoyed and this will make everyone purchase his books. I am not against his way of publishing his book, but making of use of religion to get publicity is something which no author has ever tried. Religion is still the most trusted and followed in every nook and cranny of this huge world. So if someone comes out with a fact which will completely change the long believed rights and rituals, then that person is bound to face controversy as Dan Brown himself has faced.
Finally I would like to say that nothing as such has ever happened and nor will it happen in future!!!
Cheers!!

I love lost symbol because I believe it as Dan Brown's history, his suspense and mistery makes it interesting as a book.

There are many things we donĀ“t know about Jesus. Even some gospels were banned by the Church centuries ago.
But the book does not change what I think of Christ. The Da Vinci Code is a ficcion boon, well written and exciting. Nothing more, nothing less.

The book is very interesting. Dan Brown make my religion more questionable. I'm a catholic and I have a lot questions regarding the practices and belief of the church. I know it's a mere fiction but still some of its part is quite true and really happening in reality. But I do believe there is a higher being or there is God who is responsible in our creation.

The theory is interesting, and from what I have heard to be a rabbi you have to be married. The story is very thought provoking isn't it? I saw a tv show on the history channel that talked about many things in the book, and something was said that the priori of sion was real at one time.

I have read this book 5 times & I found it so fast paced & interesting.I dont know that all things in book are true or not and the interesting thing is that i even dont want to know.Because every question in life is not answerable. All things that are mentioned in book cant be verified because these facts are related to some historical buildings, people & organizations you cant manage to alter

I read Da Vinci code sometime back and although I found it interesting as a novel, I didn't much care for the picture Dan Brown was trying to draw about Jesus. The priori of Sion may have existed or it might not have. Anyone can write a story but he has done nothing to prove anything. How many articles we read in the newspapers about celebrities which are most of the time not true at all or exaggerated to make it more interesting? Anything to make money.
Just think of Jesus as we know him, an amazing human being who had Godly powers. The Bible never mentions anywhwere that Jesus was married so lets keep it at that.
As they say "For Those who believe, no proof is necessary, For those who do not believe, no proof is possible"...

Based from my readings on some historic, there is a possibility that the secret organization named as Priory of Sion does exist. But the organization was use only in this book as an addition to the fictional world that Dan Brown created in his novel.
