what kind of movies do you prefer to watch - art,comedy or action?

Given a choice between movie genres, I prefer action [especially if romance is thrown in]. Movies whose plot has to do with solving some problem, especially if the plot has a number of twists and turns, are the best. Comedy is okay for a night I just want to zone out and have a good laugh. However, it is the action movie that draws me in to the movie; identifying with characters, rejoicing when the characters solve a problem, get the girl [guy],etc, and crying when the storyline moves me. Romance movies are great, too, but even better when the romance is incorporated into a great action movie.

I like science fiction movie, like the matrix sequels.

I call myself a horror fan, really, I don't just only get into those kind of movies. I like all kinds of movies, I guess it depends on what type of mood I'm in at the time. If I got a variety of movies to watch then I'll go with the action first, next would be the comedy, and last would be the horror movie.

depends really on my mood. there are times that i like to watch all action movies only. and there are times that i dont feel like watching it, instead i'd opt for comedy, sometimes i like watching romance flics too, especially if i like the lead characters.

Out of thoe three I would choose action. With action there's always going to be action, lol. Something being blown up or shooting. Comedy ranges from romantic-comedy, to some of the movies that are more dumb than comedy, and I am a pretty picky about comedy, I don't like movies that think being really lewd is funny. Art films I like sometimes.

I love movies with comedy but they have to have a little action to. Like for example they should be exiting with people going on adventures or exploring new worlds but with a plucky commic relief. Like in the movie eveloution with David Duchovney and Julianne More it was thrilling and very funny.

I wouldn't say that I have a particular genre which I favour and watch a wide range of movies from genres such as those you mention. What is important to me is that a movie is entertaining both for the performances of the stars but also for the storyline. I realy dislike movies which have such a poorly developed storyline that they are really just there as a vehicle for a few funny scenes and to showcase the talents of the main star.

Hello rosyevening this is checkmail and often do watch some movies, msotly its an Action-Comedy and sci-tech movies.Well in Action-comedy i get most of my fun and enjoy it.Also sometime watch Horror and suspense movies if got some spare bored time.My main interst in watching movies is the sci-tech, the latest tech with humans, and the Action-comedy which gives me much pleasure.

Well out of the three genres that you mentioned, comedy is my favorite. However, I prefer horror movies over allthe other types.
