Yes, i think it is. Beside that, i never left my balance more than $10. #1. I have my paypal account verified, it is more convenient for me. #2. And there is nothing to worry to save our bank account details info into paypal. It is use by paypal to withdraw funds to our bank account, right? #3. I have been using paypal for over a year, and so far I haven't had any bad experience's so I'm pretty sure its safe but the best way to get more answers to your questions is to go to the paypal website help section, or call paypal direct they have a phone number for members to call, lastly you can verify your paypal by adding your bank account info, you dont have to withdraw founds to verify your account, and its pretty safe to add your credit card a lot of members do.

I have been a member of papal for a few years now (about 5) and i have never had a problem with them. But what i did was open a separate bank account that i only use with papal. That way our household funds are not involved with it. so if anything does ever happen it will not involve a great deal of money because i withdraw most of it right away.

Personally I have never had any trouble with Paypal, I believe them to be safe...when you want to withdraw funds it is simple you just have to transfer the amount you want to withdraw to your bank account and that can take a few days depending on your bank...I transfer funds to my friend and he doesn't have a verified account....I believe Paypal is the best way to go for online transactions...

Paypal is probably the safest online payment processor today. I signed up with paypal in 2001 and till today i've never had a problem. If there's a transaction in there that you didn't approve of, you can always notify paypal and they'll refund you. Its awesome....its probably the most ebuyer friendly payment processor.
