How do you earn using mylot???

i am new here & i want to know from existing members here that what is this website's policy about the earnings made by members,i know that you can make a very little amount of money here
but to me even this does'nt seems to be happening,because i've spent a whole day & my earnings are still $0.00,so i want to know is there any rule or policies that you will get a few cents if you reply to certain amounts of posts or start new discusions beside referalls...
supposingly how much do you earn by spending a whole day,replying to many discussions etc,& when do your earnings reach minimum payout limit???

The earnings are only updated once per day, so you will see your earnings tomorrow 
Don't be discouraged, enjoy being here and discussing things with other people and the earnings will come to you while you are having fun :)

I earn .35 to.40 a day but my referrals make a lot more.It does add up, the payout is the end of the month and will be in your paypal by the 15th. the min. is $10.00 and they pay automatically, you don't have to request it! Just make sure your payment info is correct!
