Black Heads - How...?

How to get rid of them before they even appear, my head is bombed with black heads, and it hurts to get them out every time. Any suggestions..?

amnaak well dear you need to cleanse ur skin everyday ,remove ur blackheads immediately after shower,make sure that each product u buy and use on ur skin is oil-free on the other hand i can tell u that TEA TREE OIL from body shop is great for u :) visit this blog...
