People often say that about high school. But what do you think? You have enough freedom to go out with friends without having the responsibility of working and bills. But then again, teenagers can be really mean to each other. So what is your opinion? Do you think that is really the best time of life?

Hey,
Yea sort of, my life in my high school years weren't actually that great. When I was younger I was always hoping for really good high school years, but in the end, they really weren't the best years. But nonetheless I am still happy. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

The best part of one's life is certainly school days.As students they are free from financial burden or the problems of life .Only studies are to be concentrated. The company of friends is amazing. He has the opportunity to mix with various friends .In India we have different castes creeds and languages .As a student he can become familiar with thier culture and can taste their faood and so on .So I would totally agree thar school days are the best inlife.

i'm still in college, so for now, i can definitely say high school was the best years of my life. there are lot of friends, great teachers.. just awesome memories. it's not that college is bad, but it's more focused on learning. there are friends here and there but the bond is not as close as with my high school friends. i'm happy that p.e. days is finally over and i get to study what i really want, but sometimes when i think about my high school days, well, i wouldn't mind turning back time to do them all over again.

Yeah I'm also still in college. But I am enjoying it way more than high school.
None of my friends from high school was ever even slightly dependable. I hate being home for the summer cause there is no one here for me. So even though I went out and had fun in high school (and also am even more in college)but almost every relationship in my life let me down or frustrated me in high school.

I would definitely not consider my high school years to be the best time of my life. They were miserable, plain and simple.
I went to my 10-year reunion three years ago, and while I felt like some ghosts were laid to rest there, the fact remains that I'm still glad I'm no longer in high school.

I think being in high school and having time that you can spend with your friends is the best in your life and one thing which cannot be reversed is time, so we can try to have our best time and do what our heart tells us to so that we remember these days all through our life.

Personally I think mid-life are the best years. Our kids are raised and become our friends, we have more financial freedom so we do more things and go more places. We are old enough not to care what other people think. Our hearts are softer and we have more time so we volunteer more. We don't worry as much about being "perfectly" beautiful because we aren't perfectly anything anymore, so who cares?

I definitely think so. Almost every teen wants to grow up fast!In our teens we keep thinking how cool it would be to have our own money, not be answerable to anyone and be an adult. But then we out grow our teens and reality strikes. The responsibilities, work stress, not having enough time etc etc etc. For some, teenage, may be tough years, but I had a good time during my teens. So I cannot comment on that scenario.I miss those times now.

That's a tough question. I'd say that the best years of my life were either high school or college(now!). It was nice in high school to not have any bills to pay and have mom and dad take care of everything. They help me out with my bills now so the biggest difference is me being away from home. I'd say that college is a little bit better because you get to learn more about yourself and the world around you. Sometimes, being at home, everything is the same. In my high school, most everybody was the same. Everybody was middle class and came from a similar background. I like college better because I have got to go outside of my hometown and meet other people from other places and find out how other people are different from me. And I get to have a good time.

I like college better, too. I'm a sophomore now. I like the increased independence, and although I am more responsible for my finances, I am actually better off anyway because we had money trouble for some of high school. I just generally really enjoy myself more in college than I did in high school, although I liked many aspects of that as well.

I think high school is really fun and enjoyable because that is the time that we can start being individual but not super individual like in college students. High school is the stage that I don't need to wait for my school bus before I go to school, and I feel more free when I was in high school but I think I enjoy more my college life because that was the first time I experienced half-day schedule in school so I can have more bonding time with my friends.
