Lately I've been very fatigued and sleepy all the time. I eat well, I exercise daily and I don't do hard drugs. My sleeping schedule changes a lot but I don't know if that is why I'm tired all the time.Sometimes I sleep 14 hours a night and sometimes I sleep 4. I'm not stressed or depressed.

Sleeping alot is a bad habit and very hard to break, I do it too sometimes and the remaining day is totally wasted because the more you sleep, the more your body lacks energy and is tired at all times. For example people in villages sleep for a minimum of 6-7 hours and work real hard the next day. Their bodies only tire after a hard days work. Consider your body like a machine, which needs rest when required and not otherwise. The lazier we get, the lesser the mechanics of the body work! Hope this answer helps your query..

Hi there. It could just be a mental fatigue. Consider taking a short holiday away from your work and daily routine. That might help to break away from the current daily lifestyle you are trying to impose on yourself (be it conscious or not).

Have you ever been tested for auto immune diseases ? This could be the cause of your fatigue. I know after a long hard work out it does make me tired at times, but this is normal .What your talking about should be looked into. Sometimes the better we treat or bodies the more they reject foreign things such as air quality, perfumes, anything artificial could set this illness off.

I had the same problem and it all started when I was 15 and I started going in clubs, bars and wasting my saturday nights.
The changing sleeping schedule is definately one of the reasons.
But my opinion is that the reason is mostly a psychological one.
Maybe you are too bored or you don't have anything interesting to do when you wake up.Try to find something that motivates you and also hang out with friends,do things that make you laugh, have a good time.

Your irregular sleeping hours certainly has something to do with it. Other than that, there's a possibility of an illness that causes you to be tired. Tiredness could be due to lack of oxygen which is caused by various factors. I'd suggest that you visit a physician (GP) first, and see what he/she diagnoses. When it comes to illnesses that we're not sure of, we can't play doctor - go see one soon.
Stay healthy always. Take care.
