Do you go tanning?

It's not a good idea for me. In summer I like to take an umbrella to protect me from being tanned. However, it seems that most western people like to be tanned, I have never seen anyone in Europe to use umbrella in the sunlight in summer, on the contrast, they like to go to the beach and lie in the sunlight for the whole day. In fact, the fairer your complexion is, the less melanin is in your skin, the easier that it will be hurt by UV ray exposure.
