Hi, mimpi. I recently started blogging, about one and a half months ago. That is really a good experience. Blogging gives you ways to express yourself on the matter of your interest and expertise and it provides a recognition as a writer. Moreover, blogging is something that makes you work harder on the subject of your interest. I also believe you should start blogging. As you know a blog is like a diary or a collaborative space, wherein you get to express yourself in any particular subject or anything you like. You have been expressing yourself on various forums and sites it's and I think it's a wonderful idea to have a blog wherein you get to collaborate many of your online activities and expressions into one space. Personally i had opened a blog sometime back but never got around to doing anything on it. Lack of motivation or whatever it is i can't seem to lay my fingers on the reason. I'm sure you will find starting a new blog an exciting new activity (time permitting of course) and i'm sure it would be an excellent compilation and i eagerly look forward to seeing and participating. I do have a blog and have had one for about 6 months. It is very addictive and rewarding in upkeeping a blog and you can make a few bucks at it too. Go ahead and give it a try!

Sure, you can start your own, what motivates you, what is your hobby,or interest. That will be a good way to start your own blog. Just follow my blog whenever you have already composed your own site. It is up to you to make the decision. It would not hurt for you to create one and try it out. You can always delete it if you find that you are not suited to be a blogger.. =)

I have my own blog too. It is not that hard to maintain a blog for yourself. Mimpi, try to create 1 for yourself. I will visit your blog! Before you start a blog, try to think what you would like to blog about. Then once you have a goal, you can manage to start a blog. My blog is mainly about my 2 angels. I blog about their growing, daily life and sometimes I post some of my shopping experience and cookery as well.

hi mimpi!^^ i have a blog too and i remember the first few months that i started it. i was really excited and i always had an entry every week. its good to have a blog because you can express some things that you don't have anyone to share with in your real life. and its a good way to share your opinions and views and even your life experiences to other people in the world. i don't blog regularly anymore because i've been busy and i just miss my blog so much.

i have had a blog in the past and i wrote about how to save money and live a frugal life, but sadly i dont think anyone read it, so i haven't done any writing in it for quite some time. i am not sure if i will ever go back to it or not. blogging is cool, but there are so many out there. how do you make yours stand out?

I love blogging and even monetized one blog so that I make a little money from it--enough to pay for my expenses, so that I can use a really user-friendly platform and buy fun supplies and equipment. I get a kick out of knowing that my internet connect and/or mouse, mousepad, software, etc. are paid for by the blog. But I would write a blog anyway because I love to write and it is sort of like a diary for me, except one that I cannot set aside and lose. It also saves a lot of postage, because if friends want to know what I'm up to, they can look at my blog. Activity there has assured several of them that I didn't die after all! That said, I must say that blogging is not for everyone. One must be motivated to keep at it regularly and one must be prudent enough to withhold enough personal information so as not to put one's self and one's family at risk. I say this because the internet, an information highway, is just like a real street weaving through diverse communities, and you don't know who is peeping through your windows in the dark of the cyber night.

I started my own blog, and then it got messy. I am planning to get rid of the mess I have created, cut down on the categories I have and create other blogs for the stuff I'm moving. I've actually already started my cross stitch site.

I am not sure what you are talking about by blogging. I do have a myspace where i connect to friend and distant relatives. I also accept strangers as new friends. As far as the blog part i do not go on there and treat it as my diary. I just use it to connect to people. I also am with a site called tagged. I was sent an invite from an online friend. And met a few new ones there too.

Hi Mimpi1911, I've started blogging since last year and it really is good experience for me. I never thought that blogging can be fun. It also helps me to spend my free time doing more useful readings , because I need new ideas and issues to blog. Since you like to express your ideas in writing, why not set up a blog that you can use to post all your favorite subjects. I have been blogging since 2007, and has 4 blogs. But due to limited time, I can only maintain one blog. Actually, it is you who can really answer your question. However, there are some factors to be considered first such as point of interest. Incidentally, I made a post about them last year entitled Important Things to know before starting a Blog. Its 3 years.. i am using internet for the varioud purpose.. for office use , for earning and for the fun.. I do have blogs.. but i am not getting much time to update my blog.. i just have 2 pages which is of personal.. so never tried to update.. since i do not have much time.. i just come to forum and post there if i get the time.. Don't concentarte on the blogs.. But now a days.. blogs user increasing rapidly..

Yep iam a blogger for more than a yera, and have few blogs, can check my profile for the links of same.... You can definately start blogging, its good way to express your views, hobbies, intrests.... Start with a topic that intrests you, and try to write regularly something .. You know blogging too is very addictive, so beware.... Best of luck
