proposing depends on what the one proposing wants it to be..some may like their proposals to be romantic while some may like it to be surprising..we may get examples of proposals through watching movies..hehe, with regards on who do the proposal, well, since men has been doing it all this time, we may say that its really men who should propose, but, girls may do the same, but hesitant to do it because of what other people may say..
