Averiex I try to defrag as often as possible. It really speeds things up and helps remove spare files. Like, when you delete a program or something, some files are left behind and defragging catches that. It's like de-frazzling. :)

I've been doing the Leslie Sansone "Walk for Weightloss" program and sofar have lost about 8-10 lbs. Has anyone else tried this program, and if so, how much do you lose and over how many days, weeks, months, or years?

Averiex I try to eat well and do the 1-mile walk in 15 minutes every night. Perhaps you are not eating enough? I make sure to eat all my calories. I also try to drink a gallon of water a day.

Averiex I often don't start discussions because most of them are left unanswered. I always think I have an interesting discussion, but I guess not!
