@TheHorse ... Are you sure, because two years ago, I left that and my belly has gone odd..and I look at my bike and wonder what to choose my legs or my belly. They told me even climbing steps is bad. They said it damages the ligaments. I kinda developed fear for it. I mean, if I fell there would be home loans, and dad who is 80 plus would be looking after me. So I stopped. Let me check the net..Why I did not check on net...smh..

Hi, Averiex.
I have been trying this way of weightloss two weeks ago. Unfortunately, I haven't lost even one pounds. Everyday, I don't take the public transport when I go to work or get off work (about 40-minutes walk), and I climb 13-floors stairs instead of taking elevator. However, It doesn't work. I am truly confused and tired of that. How is your "Walk for Weightloss" program? Would you share me with your plan? ^-^. Maybe there is something wrong with my way.
Thanks very much.
HAPPY FOREVER!
